I've used this service a handful of times and have only had one issue - potentially due to my own error - but customer service resolved my issue immediately and at no charge. In terms of IG views/likes In terms of IG views/likes, it was very thorough and delivered in timely fashion. As for FB, I did experience an issue where some of the likes I paid for suddenly disappeared. But once the issue was brought up, they were able to rectify it within 48 hours. I also wish for a slightly quicker response time with the “live help” and not being forced to wait a day or two to get a reply.
