Fixed with gaffa tape I purhased a youtube promotion and I did not receive a propper login. I could not access. Two emails to the support where coming back as 'undeliverable'. Only when I made a negative Trustpilot review, they contacted me and solved the problem and did the promotion. Therefore, I have now increased from 1 star to 3, because I do not know if they now communicate better with their customers, or if one still have to write to the customer service via Trustpilot... ;)

You will actually get a placement on… You will actually get a placement on the 168 Spotify list for $ 99 BUT...I play pop music .My song was added to the list of Thrash Metal,Hip Hop Avangarda And under the ordinal number 1001 out of a total of 1022.None of that audience listened to my song because it’s an audience that loves a different sound.. .Better give the money to the poor. In the modern music business you can't… In the modern music business you can't be naive enough to think that things are going to just happen to you and for free. This company offers so much to the indie artist but as said above it's not free. Access to the Database justifies the price alone in my opinion. They offer you courses and extremely good advice as well. I have yet to see if my press release has gone out to the 150 places they said it would but I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt before rushing off to the BBB like some other people have done.
