Customer support is excellent and always responds promptly. Just a few problems: follower retention sucks. Followers start to drop off a cliff a few days after your order is filled. Right now, for example, even with about 100-200 new organic followers every day, my total follower count is dropping by about 100 a day because of how many of the followers I bought are unfollowing. The same goes with likes - they will start dropping too (I can't imagine that many people un-liking a post after they already liked it, doesn't make a lot of sense). They never ask for your password or any other information, making your Instagram account secure. This is really important as many other services will ask for your password - not secure at all, and I can appreciate that Follovery respects your privacy and security by not doing so.

Ordered a service, and the “delivered service” disappeared after less than 24 hours. I kindly emailed their “support” to which Alex Follovery assured me I would get a “refill” well that never happened. So I followed up, and then Alex had the nerve to insult me and refused to deliver what I paid for. Avoid these low lives at all cost and save your money please. If you need social media services, look elsewhere.
