GBOvernight floor drain backflow - 86 saved the day While closing my restaurant one evening, we experienced backflow in our entire floor drain system. It was roughly 9PM when I reached out to 86 to get assistance getting a plumber on sight to unclog the drain lines. Laurel at 86 was quick to respond and got to work immediately to find a plumber who offered emergency hours service for us. She was in constant communication with me while reaching out to several plumbing companies until one was found. She worked with me to figure out if it was something that could wait until the morning to save us money on the overtime charges. We worked together until almost 1AM and I am confident she would have worked through the morning had she needed to. The next morning she was in communication with me right away to confirm our scheduled service with the plumber and worked with me through the entire process until we had the problem resolved. It was impressive to see 86's responsiveness after hours, especially when it was much more prompt than any of the plumbers. They really are there for you 24/7, and after this experience I am confident that I can rely on them for anything at any time.
