GBMy company has hired 86 Repairs to… My company has hired 86 Repairs to outsource our facilities maintenance and repairs needs. They have not successfully executed a single service call and are consistently unresponsive. To our understanding, the entire point of utilizing their services was to create less work for us in that we wouldn't be chasing down technicians to get work done, and instead, we find ourselves chasing down 86 Repairs for follow-up and ultimately reaching out to the technicians on our own, just on a delay.
