Incompetent and poor control and cover up their failures! It seemed to be too good to be true...and it was. We had a terrible experience with OSSMedia / Xicom (their 'parent' company who we paid). OSSmedia were hired to do some dev work but instead damaged our web site, deleting data without permission and then denied it (they replaced files, deleted files, modified files etc, all without permission - they had no need or authority to do that. This caused sections of the web site to cease functioning and a permanent loss of data. They repeatedly said it wasn't them, even though the server logs showed their login, their IP address and the actual FTP actions they performed! Their vandalism is documented publicly elsewhere but Trustpilot does not permit external links. We paid upfront for the work but they never delivered the code to us; they refused to honour their moneyback 100% satisfaction guarantee saying that they cannot offer a refund once the work has commenced... seriously ? They are either incompetent or dishonest, or both, but either way they admitted or apologized for nothing. We just wasted weeks and set back our project, causing further loss and inconvenience. Note, they are all in India not the USA; their US address is not their true location, so the US courts are no use in suing them.
