What a dirty trick to rid themselves of lifetime subs I've been with them for the best part of their existence I was an early subscriber lifetime sub, and it seems they are trying bad practices in removing lifetime subs by using ways such as asking you to confirm your identity with a photo pass, That's ok in itself, but it's the way they are doing it that worries me, they sent me 6 emails and complained about Q&A had a URL in it. The next thing I knew, another 6 emails saying it was against their policies, I understand that, and it was just 1 time and a mistake, why send me 6 threatening emails? Then I get an email saying they are doing random security checks and oh ya it just so happens to be me and never had this in 8 years or however long it is, anyway my account is suspended until I send them my photo ID. What a dirty trick to rid themselves of lifetime subs. I will give them my ID, but that's dirty by any stretch of the imagination.

A safe, good value & reliable auction site. A safe & reliable auction site without ripoff selling fees. I have had an account for over 10 years & have had faultless transactions throughout. All sellers I have dealt with have been honest & efficient. The website once you get used to where everything is fast, reliable & easy to use unlike a similar sounding auction site which has daily bugs & problems especially listing items for sale. The prices are often better than others due to the zero or very low selling fees. I am very happy with eBid & have no complaints.

Don't touch them unless you're on PayPal! Ordered a software package, duly paid for it through PayPal, then got directed back to the seller only to find I was being asked to "Buy" it all over again. I contacted the seller through eBid AND his PayPal email, got nothing. Thankfully the PayPal Resolution process refunded me immediately!

Lower fees than other platforms, expect some old school looking here and there. Lower fees than other platforms, though many features and website seem somewhat old school. Listings take a day or two to upload to google shopping. Works okay for simple transactions anyway.

Definitely better selling on eBid than… Definitely better selling on eBid than on the most famous Ebay platform. Even if it deserves more traffic and visibility, it has nothing to envy to its well known competitor: professional, accurate and, last but not least, far cheaper on fees if you are a lifetime seller. Highly recommended!!!
