Cool Product Advisor was very knowledgeable and we covered a lot of territory quickly. I'm not tech savvy so it went a little fast for me, but after using the product I'm sure I will be able to get the hang of it. Its a lot to learn in 15 minutes.

He has provided many points on how to improve my social presence in order that I can assist existing and future clients.
