USI returned the item never opening the… I returned the item never opening the box and requested a refund. My experience with customer service has been horrible. I returned the item in November 17th via UPS. I HAVE SENT 22 emails requesting my $1,049 refund which they took via ACH. It’s been almost three months and no refund. Customer service is ignoring my request. I am an elderly 70 year old handicapped and need the money for medical expenses.
