Lost Money Avoid They removed my items from the marketplace, suspended my store and refunded money from my paypal account for orders that were delivered and received by customers. For no apparent reason or email notification. Who does that? Who refunds delivered orders? Ebay? No. Paypal no? Ecrater yes. They use the saved paypal permission, login to your paypal and refund any money in your account. Without reason, complaints, questions or consultation? I am now out of pocket. ALL SELLERS BE WARNED ECRATER IS NOT SELLER FRIENDLY.

No product, no refund, dead pets Seller claims to have shipped order, tracking information shows only that a label was created on March 23, not that it was ever actually shipped. Contacted customer service and they won't do anything, they won't mediate or even attempt to refund my money. The seller has my money and I have a bunch of dead fish (I ordered a fish antibiotic). Ecrater doesn't seem to care since they already took took their cut, ran with it, and don't have $500 worth of deadfish to deal with. Try a trustworthy site like ebay.
