They are fast at editing, consistent in how they operate, and there are never any surprises. They are better than any other press release site I've used -- far superior then PRweb for instance. I have been a customer for over 2 years… I have been a customer for over 2 years now, and find their advisors, such as Patrick, very helpful and insightful. We are not a PR firm, but a management consulting firm, learning how to use PR in a more productive way. We have benefited greatly and are learning more and more about how to use press releases properly. If you are new to the scene, working with their people like Patrick makes all the difference in getting your name out there or not. That's why we still use them!

Quick and Responsive This was my first time publishing press releases. I will say the team was quick and responsive. They required a few fixes, but within minutes, the releases were publicly available. I got picked up in a few places, even. This naturally works better if the story is about an established figure or event. But everyone has to start somewhere.

They rejected a PR for reasons not… They rejected a PR for reasons not stated in their Terms of Use (not having an incorporated company). I am running an LGBTQA+ project which is run by volunteers(including me). It is Pride month and yet Newswire doesn't think that projects like us should deserve a PR if they are not incorporated. Shameful Update: At least they issued me a refund, but even that took 1 month, and countless email exchanges to happen.
