I asked days ago to cancel the subscription and I have been charged! I tried the service for 1 month and days before the end of September I asked to cancel my subscription. I wrote an email to support that was correctly received on Tuesday 26.9.2023 as you can see: Your request (20874) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Moreover I wrote another email on Monday 25.9.2023 replying to simetricryptobriefing as follows: Thank you, please do not renew my subscription. I would like to cancel it. Best regards Walter Well, guess what.... today my credit card has been charged 95$!!! Shame on you Review updated: After my review was published on Trustpilot I got the refund of 95$. So I'll give 2 stars instead of just 1. I cannot wast my time begging for something that should be straightforward

Simetri - providing outstanding Crypto research! I have been with Simetri from day one when they started. Their evolution from a few years back has pretty much mirrored the crypto market as a whole - and that is exponential growth in terms of what services and information they provide! I cannot say enough great things not only about the service, but about the customer service, if any problems with your account should arise they are on it immediately. Great service, great product, truly worth the investment. And finally, if I dont start my day by reading 'BTC Pro Trader', then I feel behind in the crypto market that day!

One of the "Pick of the Month" projects became so interesting, after I bought some tokens, that I delved fully into the entire project and formed a virtual F1 racing team, where I own NFT's (digital make-believe cars, racing in a virtual world on virtual tracks). My driver is an Australian astrophysicist and we're earning tremendous rewards as a team. Good Decision to Subscribe Very happy with the service, as a relative newcomer to Crypto they have provided me with a clear strategy and focus on the way forward. I am no longer buying random coins based on FOMO but learning to be patient which in turn has led to much more sensible decisions.
