I asked days ago to cancel the subscription and I have been charged! I tried the service for 1 month and days before the end of September I asked to cancel my subscription. I wrote an email to support that was correctly received on Tuesday 26.9.2023 as you can see: Your request (20874) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff. Moreover I wrote another email on Monday 25.9.2023 replying to simetricryptobriefing as follows: Thank you, please do not renew my subscription. I would like to cancel it. Best regards Walter Well, guess what.... today my credit card has been charged 95$!!! Shame on you Review updated: After my review was published on Trustpilot I got the refund of 95$.
