GBGreat customer service Yapstone is a wonderful payment processor with great customer service and the best rates. As with any processor, there will be issues, but Yapstone is quick to resolve them and always provides impeccable service. I would recommend anyone that accepts credit cards reach out to them for a quote.

GBYapstone deserves to have no customers Yapstone recently instituted a change that completely disrupts customers business models with absolutely zero notice. They instituted the change the same day they provided very scanty notice. Can't wait to never deal with them again. If you have a choice, stay far away from Yapstone.

GBYapstong provides a great service. Yapstong provides a great service. They have certainly come a long way from where we once started with them. We're beyond happy with the account operation and support they provide. It feels like a small company hand-holding, with the technology of a massive corporate entity. The best part is that everything is easy and their staff reply quickly. We highly recommend getting you account started with Tony Maskell becase he makes sure that everyone gets what they need!

GBSeamless Transition + Great Service We switched to VacationRentPayment a few months ago to save on processing fees and couldn’t be happier. Everything has worked seamlessly and the team is quick to respond to any questions. We would gladly recommend them to others.

GBIf only there was a zero star option If only there was a zero star option. As you will read by others, yapstone does not follow their contractual guidelines. They add service charges when they are not supposed to. When asked about the service charges or other breaches of their contract they are ultimately useless in replying, not to mention take forever to reply. They are the people who point fingers at others, requests I speak with the leasing office over their (yapstones) infringement (my leasing office gave me the contact information for tapstone to complain about the breach of contract). Yapstone is no better than the large health insurance corporations. Can't wait to be charged $1,000 for a q-tip.
