Overall, Yapstone is ok until there are issues or chargebacks occur. Firstly, I am hugely disappointed that they do not conduct ID verification, so anyone can do a chargeback. Secondly, if the chargeback happens, their customer service and chargeback teams are absolutely not competent in handling the cases. They provide zero support and force you to pay the back by saying : you agree to their terms and conditions. For customers, try to avoid Yapstone and use other more robust payments processors like Expedia or Airbnb.

Absolutely Appalling Service Absolutely appalling service from this company. They had an error in processing my payment so instead of notifying me, they just took the rent twice from my account the next month, wiping out my bank account a few days before I was due to go on holiday. The customer service was initially ok, with the agents in the contact centre polite and helpful. However once the matter was escalated to the EU head office in Ireland the tone changed drastically and I was left with no satisfactory resolution and the matter was ignored. Avoid this company if you can.
