GBBest Experience with a Payment Gateway Our experience has been absolutely perfect from set up to just normal everyday usage. The customer service is outstanding. GBAbsolutely Appalling Service Absolutely appalling service from this company. They had an error in processing my payment so instead of notifying me, they just took the rent twice from my account the next month, wiping out my bank account a few days before I was due to go on holiday. The customer service was initially ok, with the agents in the contact centre polite and helpful. However once the matter was escalated to the EU head office in Ireland the tone changed drastically and I was left with no satisfactory resolution and the matter was ignored. Avoid this company if you can.

GBWorks well, reconciles easily, and the service is never down With our previous credit card processor, the batches rarely matched the output from our software, which made monthly reconciliations a nightmare. We literally had to go in at the individual transaction level to reconstruct batches. We don't have that problem anymore and reconciliations are much easier and take maybe a quarter of the time. Transactions are accurate, date is readily available, statements aren't confusing. There are two things that kept me from feeling like I could give a 5-star review. One is the automatic $50 fee if someone attempts a chargeback. The customer is not always right and this fee just seems unfair. Second is that I haven't been terribly impressed by customer service. Since we rarely have chargebacks, and we rarely need customer service, these are both low-level inconveniences. Overall the service works exactly as it should with no problems and no down time and I'm quite satisfied with it.

GBGreat customer service Yapstone is a wonderful payment processor with great customer service and the best rates. As with any processor, there will be issues, but Yapstone is quick to resolve them and always provides impeccable service. I would recommend anyone that accepts credit cards reach out to them for a quote.

GBDid not know YapStone was the problem. I rented a vacation property through TurnKey Rentals and because of damage from Hurricane Sally they were unable to supply the property and offered a full refund with 5 to 7 business days. TurnKey said posted their refund almost immediately, several weeks passed, with emails back and forth without it showing up in my account. I had no idea the used YapStone as a payment processor. I filed a fraud complaint with my credit card company and had the refund within 3 days.
