We're beyond happy with the account operation and support they provide. It feels like a small company hand-holding, with the technology of a massive corporate entity. Smooth transition Smooth transition so far. Once all the approvals were finalized which did take some time, it was pretty quick to be able to get the Vacation Rent Payment system linked with my PMS. They actually handled everything and just let me know when it was.

Absolutely Appalling Service Absolutely appalling service from this company. They had an error in processing my payment so instead of notifying me, they just took the rent twice from my account the next month, wiping out my bank account a few days before I was due to go on holiday. The customer service was initially ok, with the agents in the contact centre polite and helpful. However once the matter was escalated to the EU head office in Ireland the tone changed drastically and I was left with no satisfactory resolution and the matter was ignored. Avoid this company if you can.

I wish there was a way to give zero… I wish there was a way to give zero stars. YapStone is absolutely the worst to deal with. VRBO/HOMEAWAY evidently contracted with them, and receiving our payments is like pulling teeth. No way to contact them and VRBO passes the buck and will also not help at all. This is a mess and VRBO/HOMEAWAY takes no responsibility with creating this fiasco. If there was another listing company out there, I would cancel with VRBO today!
