Customer Service The customer service team works quickly to solve issues with minimal wait time. Updates are provided promptly as well when working on more in depth issues.

If only there was a zero star option If only there was a zero star option. As you will read by others, yapstone does not follow their contractual guidelines. They add service charges when they are not supposed to. When asked about the service charges or other breaches of their contract they are ultimately useless in replying, not to mention take forever to reply. They are the people who point fingers at others, requests I speak with the leasing office over their (yapstones) infringement (my leasing office gave me the contact information for tapstone to complain about the breach of contract). Yapstone is no better than the large health insurance corporations. Can't wait to be charged $1,000 for a q-tip.

Works well, reconciles easily, and the service is never down With our previous credit card processor, the batches rarely matched the output from our software, which made monthly reconciliations a nightmare. We literally had to go in at the individual transaction level to reconstruct batches. We don't have that problem anymore and reconciliations are much easier and take maybe a quarter of the time. Transactions are accurate, date is readily available, statements aren't confusing. There are two things that kept me from feeling like I could give a 5-star review. One is the automatic $50 fee if someone attempts a chargeback. The customer is not always right and this fee just seems unfair. Second is that I haven't been terribly impressed by customer service. Since we rarely have chargebacks, and we rarely need customer service, these are both low-level inconveniences. Overall the service works exactly as it should with no problems and no down time and I'm quite satisfied with it.

They are the worst stolen my 20,000 euros They are the worst. After I have investigate the issues they did not wanted to explain me pre arbitration case , after I have won first instance , they just close the case in 9 days even VISA gives to me 30 days time and my money has gone to the bank of the client who did not come on vacation and cancel vacation by themselves. Worst of all , people are in support have no clue , they are from Philippines and is not possible to get them chargeback team by the phone and try to be explain what and where I am . To give suggestion and to act for me and not for the fraud client.

Recaptures and Chargeback Fees In the past, the cc refunds would be netted out with our sales. One entry per day. Now our bank statement is getting harder to reconcile because the refunds (recaptures) are posted separately and it delays our reconciliation process. Also, the automatic $25 chargeback fees need to disappear or get reduced. Sometimes it's for cancelled reservations that have already been refunded yet we still get charged the $25 fee, not fair.
