UAFRAUD COMPANY They opened my bank account as promised but shot it down after a couple of weeks. and asked me to pay $5000 to reopen the account. These guys are fraud and should never be trusted.

ROAwful experience with my bank account Awful experience with my bank account. I've opened a US bank account with this company in June 2019. They opened a bank account as they promised but in a few weeks, the bank froze it because I tried to pay an amount that was bigger than my daily limit (they never told me about any limits on my account). The fun part starts here: they charge a fee to unlock your account even though I didn't know about any limits and they don't offer you some sort of guidelines when opening the account. So far so good, paid the fee, they unlocked it. A few months later, my account was frozen again because I tried to pay for something outside of the US. They asked for the fee again, paid it again but they never managed to re-activate it. Asked them to close it instead and after a few e-mails with them, they stopped replying (despite me paying their fee and paying monthly bank fees). Funny part: they sent me an automated e-mail after about one year of not replying to my conversation asking me to pay an invoice. Started the conversation again with them in December 2020 after about one year of paying monthly fees to the US bank just to tell me today that they're not able to close it. Said that some things are not right on my end but they didn't even try to solve this issue. No guidance on how to solve the issues in order to get the account shut down. They simply told me they can't. They might be good for other services, but my experience with the US bank account was the worst service I've ever received in my life.
