I really like the options to look at different tours, for instance they often have users compile a 3 day tour of a particular city which is really useful.

Very useful and convenient !!! In the past few years I always take advantage of TripAdvisor to make my trip itinerary. That's because there many aspects of information such as hotels, hotspots, restaurant and so on. The information is basically based on users' opinions which include good advantages and disadvantages, so they makes the information more reliable. I strongly recommend TripAdvisor for anyone who have plans to visit anywhere in the world...

A terrible review site A terrible review site that as a business owner, is impossible to deal with. A customer verbally and physically assaults a member of your team and then leaves a one star review. They also then get several of their mates to also leave one star reviews! You contact TripAdvisor to get the review(s) taken down but TripAdvisor say no as the review follows their guidelines. Not a site I give much credence to anymore and i no longer use
