LIFE SAVERS Not to sound cliche, but Zach Parsons and Trey Kiser are Life Savers! I reached out to Netreputation.com after an unjust arrest, to clear all of my arrest information from the internet. Not only were Zach and Trey extremely personable, informative, knowledgable and persistent, but they were also very reassuring, calming, patient and understanding, almost acting as a therapist at times. Both of their work ethic is incomparable, as they regularly continue to keep me updated, as they expeditiously work on removing all negative online information. They always answer or return my calls, when I have questions, as well. With so many of these companies online and never having dealt with any of them before, I really lucked out finding these guys. They REALLY care!!!

I needed a project to be done very fast… I needed a project to be done very fast and efficient and they were able to accomplish it two months span which we estimated to be 6-8 months. I am very pleased with their work. They’ve been able to do with us. We’ve been with them for two years now and will continue to stay.

Failed to remove a RP I asked them to… Failed to remove a RP I asked them to take down which has my residential address all over it. The same malicious and false allegations on that webpage due to doxxing, harassment and identity theft which was committed with our address by an unruly and despicable neighbor with nothing better to do, caused us a lot of problems, the same page re-appeared around a month later and was not de-indexed by Google. Paid over $1000 got no results and should have received a refund due to failure to comply with contract. When you are receiving unsolicited mail every other day which were bought from stolen cards you will see how much of a nightmare this is and to see your address posted on that slanderous site. No communication from Net Reputation after I told them the page went back up or accountability as well. They were supposed to delete it as it was outlined in the contract.
