100% unsatisfied service. Scam to my opinion too Bought a store for the $17 promo. Not getting any profits from the store and I emailed for my 90 days money back guarantee. That was over 3 weeks ago and no one is reaching back to me even after 2-3 more addition email, even causing me to lose an additional $35 (which I find weird because the Shopify subscriptionis to be for $25). Was constantly getting emailed from another person/system and after I reach out to that, ceased to get email from there too. I don't trust this website at all. I lost in total $17+$3+$35=$55 for 0% gain. I don't know what those 5 stars are for, don't trust those either but that's that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM

SCAM ARTISTS 🎨 I paid brandafy for an unfinished unprofessional site off brandafy, Iv sent numerous of emails and sent screenshots of the all the issues. They just downloaded a theme and put a few products from spocket some of the product's had pictures of just size charts, there was no pages done and the pages that had context it was in two different languages. They associate themselves with spocket but spocket claim to have no association with brandafy. I only left 1 star I wanted to leave ZERO

Absolute Garbage - DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$! Honestly I just bought one out of curiosity. Absolute pile of garbage. Unusable website with poor product selection and blatant lies. The item descriptions are terrible, the products are terrible, the links are terrible (and wrong) & the pricing is poorly presented (good luck selling an item that you have no idea of the cost of). If you got this hoping to get a working website you will be very disappointed. They have not even tried to create something that is useable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!!

Absolute garbage Absolute garbage. The "branded" store they gave me has a logo that says "Petstore" and the website looks so plain and generic. There are maybe 10 products total which are not even relevant to the brand (but they literally ask you no questions when setting up the store, just your VERY vague niche). I am having to alter the entire store/website on my own, which is really difficult for me since I have no tech knowledge at all (which is why I bought a pre-made store in the first place) and customer service is awful. Save your money and just do it yourself (you will end up doing that anyway).
