Absolute garbage Absolute garbage. The "branded" store they gave me has a logo that says "Petstore" and the website looks so plain and generic. There are maybe 10 products total which are not even relevant to the brand (but they literally ask you no questions when setting up the store, just your VERY vague niche). I am having to alter the entire store/website on my own, which is really difficult for me since I have no tech knowledge at all (which is why I bought a pre-made store in the first place) and customer service is awful. Save your money and just do it yourself (you will end up doing that anyway).

They created a great store for me with… They created a great store for me with great pricing and it's well thought out. Great communication although. Order for my store and got at the promised time. I would recommend it anybody looking to create and design their store.

Brandafy don't deliver what's promised Brandafy were supposed to deliver a certain number of products, but didn't-they were alerted several times. In addition there was a misspelt header on the site they delivered-and there must be a problem with English, because it was an obvious things to sort out, and in spite of sending a screen shot, it was not sorted out. They are really quick, and very good at putting together a website, but if things are not done, once they have your money, forget it. I guess they are cheap to hire, and if you understand it won't be perfect, then they are good. Their ideas and website overall is really good. It's a shame they can't fix issues raised.

Brandafy did an amazing custom store… Brandafy did an amazing custom store tailored to my requests. Delivery time was acceptable, it was weekend so I got it first thing Monday morning. Overall I am more than satisfied and price is affordable. Thank you!

These guys just scammed me, don't trust them! Well, I paid for the store, and they just imported the products, that's all. No front page, no menu, no product description, they just imported the products and refused to refund me. I have opened a case with interpol, even the amount is very small, I don't want other people to get scammed. Interpol said they have already 2 such cases. My bank is also working on it.
