Brandafy don't deliver what's promised Brandafy were supposed to deliver a certain number of products, but didn't-they were alerted several times. In addition there was a misspelt header on the site they delivered-and there must be a problem with English, because it was an obvious things to sort out, and in spite of sending a screen shot, it was not sorted out. They are really quick, and very good at putting together a website, but if things are not done, once they have your money, forget it. I guess they are cheap to hire, and if you understand it won't be perfect, then they are good. Their ideas and website overall is really good. It's a shame they can't fix issues raised.

I am not sure why people are… I am not sure why people are complaining about Brandafy, they have done my store faster than I expected and quality is better than most paid (more expensive templates). Not to mention the fact they import products too.

This is a scam don’t fall for it This is a scam don’t fall for it. Whatever you’re getting from them it’s not worth it and will only take less than an hour to do it yourself. Don’t believe me? They got 35% 1 star reviews on Trustpilot with people complaining about the poor quality of both store and products and after you purchase they stop responding to your email meaning the refund claim is also a scam. I bought this service and all I got was a mediocre store and some generic products built on top of shopify’s default theme. You don’t stand a chance against competitors with a store like that. I demanded for refund and they didn’t respond.
