Brandafy don't deliver what's promised Brandafy were supposed to deliver a certain number of products, but didn't-they were alerted several times. In addition there was a misspelt header on the site they delivered-and there must be a problem with English, because it was an obvious things to sort out, and in spite of sending a screen shot, it was not sorted out. They are really quick, and very good at putting together a website, but if things are not done, once they have your money, forget it. I guess they are cheap to hire, and if you understand it won't be perfect, then they are good. Their ideas and website overall is really good. It's a shame they can't fix issues raised.

100% unsatisfied service. Scam to my opinion too Bought a store for the $17 promo. Not getting any profits from the store and I emailed for my 90 days money back guarantee. That was over 3 weeks ago and no one is reaching back to me even after 2-3 more addition email, even causing me to lose an additional $35 (which I find weird because the Shopify subscriptionis to be for $25). Was constantly getting emailed from another person/system and after I reach out to that, ceased to get email from there too. I don't trust this website at all. I lost in total $17+$3+$35=$55 for 0% gain. I don't know what those 5 stars are for, don't trust those either but that's that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLATFORM

I had a terrible experience with Brandafy, throughout the whole time & my website is still incomplete! their main weakness does not listen to clients which are of fundamental importance when designing and creating a webpage. they didn't understand the business model & concept. Brandafy has a bad attitude, was rude & disrespectful whenever I questioned him why they has not worked on certain tasks. they said he can create a Premium Logo design however all 3 designs were not good enough...now I need to seek another professional to design the Logo and pay more money. We have not even done testing and pretty much brandafy only did 10% of the webpage & as a beginner, I am working on the webpage myself. I Felt like wasted time & money!!!
