From the first meeting we could tell that Machen really had his heart invested in his service. He's really about helping, teaching, and reassuring his clients. He communicates with us with each step, and we feel this is the best part. He answers all of our questions clear and concisely, no matter how basic, and doesn't leave you feeling bad for asking rank-ametuer stuff. lol He put us at ease from the very first day, and realized we had no experience in retail, and guided us each step of the way.
