I Got some payments for my video… I Got some payments for my video before, but now I only get emails that they send me money and I don't get the payments at all. I contacted the support multiple Times and never heard from them

I'm grateful for the opportunity to earn money from my footage. It's better to have my videos on both platforms, Reddit and Viralsnare, rather than solely on Reddit where others can profit off of them without compensating me.
