The vast improvement in both accounts is amazing! Never thought I could reach over 5000+ real followers within a year. I have heard of horror stories of other companies getting their accounts banned or even worse, deleted. This is not the case at all! GBIt did not work for me By reading these 5-star reviews, clearly it works for some people but I am here to say that it may not work for everyone. I paid for services almost a month ago and after getting temporarily banned from Instagram, I figured their services were not for me considering the fact that ig is cracking down on companies like this who use software from foreign countries; I have tried so many different websites like SpectSocial and NONE do what they claim they can do for your engagement on Instagram. That's not to say that SpectSocial does not work at all, but I was not satisfied with how communication became nonexistent. After being temporarily banned, nothing changed with my engagement rate and no one contacted me about any changes that could be made. In fact, nothing changed since I began using their services; I probably got 10 new followers max. I was literally paying for nothing. Also, if you plan to cancel services before the next date of automatic payment, it does not carry out until that date. My credit card was going to get charged November 16th and Chris messaged me saying "Best of luck," after I cancelled which means I really did not get my money's worth and basically paid him for a month's worth of services that I never received. The refund policy requires that you post once a day which is not realistic. On the website, it's claimed that this company was featured on many big-name websites (Huffington Post?) but there is no proof of that, which is already a red flag. Also, most people who "reviewed" do not use their services anymore (I contacted most of them to confirm). So I would say try it with caution but honestly, just hire a social media manager if you are serious about boosting your engagement. These companies are not safe for your account no matter how much they claim they are.
