GBThis is a complete scam they take your… This is a complete scam they take your money and if they can’t do the job they will not refund your money and the guy told me his attorney will be in contact with me if I’ll dispute with my bank!!!! What!!??? That means he wants to charge me fo ether work he didn’t do now he threatening me for getting my money back after 2 days that I just paid. Based of all these reviews I payed this company $29 for the basic plan to see how they would do, at first I actually thought they are going to do great since I could chat with the guy on Facebook, he asks for my password and the codes that get send to my email and I sent him. I use a strong security system which Instagram itself give you the options to use, the first day he said he can’t connect because of my app which was odd because I told my sister with the same security system I had was use to get connected a week before but he said I had to turn off the app which I did after the whole day passing he finally contact me and I’ll let him know the app is off now he says turn of your text massage too!! And that was it for me no sorry I’m not gonna give you full power on my security so you can screw me. I told him you know what I don’t think this is working out the company I was working with them before even they didn’t ask me that and they had no problems connecting to my Instagram. I asked him for refund which he said no and when I said I will follow up with my bank he said he will sent his attorney for me!!! Haha!! The credits company’s representative was chocked when I told her the story and told me this is a total scam too! I know!! Right! I let PayPal know as well that this guys are charging people through them and treat their customers awful as well. Anyway if you decide go with them be ready for all of these and good luck!! Haha

GBNot Really Organic Growth This is only my experience but I truly hope it helps others. I came across Spect Social from a blog listing it as a top choice for social media growth however that blog has recently been deleted. After checking out Spect Socials website, it looked legit and there was nothing permanent about committing. After hiring this company, I noticed they try to do the follow/unfollow method which I believe is a poor strategy in suggesting "organic growth". When I asked if there was an alternative way, they said yes but this is the alternative - They offer incentives to other people for following you and those accounts are barely used, some with 13 followers or no activity at all. So I ended up getting 90 ghost followers in 3 minutes... If that seemed suspicious to me, I couldn't imagine what my followers thought. So I asked them to stop with incentivized promotions since that only gains ghost followers and looks sketch (mind you, I've been asking for a refund this whole time). Chris the owner then says that's totally fine "we can just like and comment on your behalf." I understood doing this would take time and I wouldn't get those quick results like in a paid promotion but after a week of monitoring activity, I was left in the dust. From my "posts I've liked tab" there was nothing happening because supposedly a third party handles your activity and it won't show up on your end, only on theirs. The only activity I saw after 2 weeks was likes and comments on his page. I came to Chris as a professional asking him to stop the service less than 24 hours after my purchase. The follow/unfollow method alone scared me but he insisted that he knew what he was doing. I asked him to consider a refund even after all that and he hit me with the terms and conditions saying he couldn't. However, it only says "we won't refund you just because you didn't get the amount of followers expected". My cancellation was not because of the amount of followers but the poor methods chosen to get "organic growth". If you look up Chris on IG, the numbers are there however after learning that he liked his own photos on my behalf I feel he himself doesn't have an organic following, that his 10K followers are probably ghosts as well. I'm just not going for the "fake it til you make it" strategy. Considering I'll never get my money back, I had to write a review just to help others in making a decision. I still wish him and his team the best of luck. Again this is only my experience and I really don't like to come between people and their money but please do your research before making the purchase.

GBOne piece of advice... One piece of advice: Be very transparent about what you want from the beginning and continue to communicate throughout the service. But still, your money is best spent with a social media manager that you can find on Fiverr for the same price. My experience with Chris started off quite fruitful and promising. We discussed my previous relationship with a company that used bots and other damaging strategies. This made it quite challenging for Chris's flexibility in his 'strategic approach' to achieving growth + engagement. So I was very patient in allowing him to explore what we could do with my IG. Firstly, we had signed up for a monthly package that would manage our DM's, including an 'automated welcome message' sent to everyone who had just followed us. The automated welcome message was sent to a bunch of people who were already following us and in conversation with us (which was REALLY embarrassing). I told him about the issue and even though he was apologetic about it, he never rectified the problem. He just stopped the automated DMs indefinitely (which was weird because I was still paying for that service). And I communicated this, but he did nothing about it. Secondly, even though I was consistently asking for feedback so that we could work together in building my IG, I never noticed that there was any engagement with our community, there were certainly no extra likes on posts and even though we were growing, it was very VERY slow. However, I put my trust in his words that he was working on all of the above - so I didn't question it, until we stopped using his service and made a comparison and realized that his 'strategy' wasn't achieving any results. Lastly, which was the most disappointing was his 'growth strategy'. He claimed to have created an ad that targeted specific users, using certain hashtags. Sounded great, but I had an influx of over 60+ users in one evening, who mostly did not even relate to our brand. I questioned him on it and this is when his attitude completely changed. He was short, rude and dismissive explaining that I'm going to get fake followers with this strategy and there's not much he can do about that... I tried to work with him on refining the hashtags, but by then the relationship had become a nuisance to him and even though I was paying him, he didn't have time to tell me how his strategy was at all going to be effective. Of course, it wasn't. None of our new followers watched my stories or liked my posts (even though he told me to give them a chance.) Chris seems like a great guy until you question his 'approach' to anything. If you use his services, don't expect anything overwhelming unless you're just looking for a bunch of random followers (who could be fake).

GBSpect has honestly been the easiest… Spect has honestly been the easiest company to work with that I've tried by far. I have multiple Instagram accounts and I use spect for all of them because they can grow your account quickly. Support is very friendly and easy to work with
