I placed an order at 9:35am CST I placed an order at 9:35am CST, and I waited. No response. No message on PS4. tried to live chat with them, but it was offline, and the "leave a message" page was very confusing. I sent multiple requests, but still no response. I tried emailing them but no response yet. I tried Skyping them but no response yet. I've tried to contact them by all means possible and I can't reach them. It's now 1:52pm CST, more than 4 hours past when I ordered and absolutely no response. They took my money rather quickly though!

not too bad they dont deliver in 15… not too bad they dont deliver in 15 mins like they say for larger orders but when they do they give a larger amount than requested as compensation for your wait

I was skeptical at first.. I was skeptical at first... I needed help in a popular diamond economy since the keys and lock boxes were laughing at me... They had the best price and I figured I'd try a small order (2m). It was a weekend and took a while (about 4 hours). I got a reply today for a question I asked yesterday and they did deliver so I was at least a believer that they weren't scamming, just maybe slow on the weekend. I figured I'd place my real order (much larger) and Expected them to tell me it would take a while which they did... I figured a few hours but a while on a weekday is I guess 15 Minutes! I'd just got ready to sign off for a bit when I got the message to check my order. Super happy and will be a loyal customer as long as they can keep up the good work! The short version is Weekday's they are lightning, and I wanted to set your expectations for the weekend so you don't miss out on a good thing!
