Not rude conduct Not rude conduct. I think the platform is flawed in allowing the bidding to continue well past the stated end of auction time. There have been several items that I thought I had won and then watched to bidding continue well beyond stated time limits. I feel like i was wasting my time and have since quit participating in your auctions.

DONE WITH AUCTIONS Talked to Sam Knight with Tac Auctions & explained how interested we were in a specific truck. Told him we had never bid on a truck before. Ohhh, he was so nice to tell us what to do & how to get set up, even told us the seller was wanting more than we found out later than he actually did want. He also told us he thought the truck was going to bring a large amount which it didn't. But, my point is, he told us when the bidding started he would call us or we could call him and he would help us through it since we had never done this before.... guess what.... he didn't call and he didn't answer !!! And when we bid, it showed that we were the only bidder and after 2 bids, it shut us down for some reason ... don't know why ... couldn't get an explanation.... couldn't get any help! We are done with TAC auctions and dead promises and because of them, any auction!! We'll buy from a truck business or from an individual from now on.
