I know that PR is important for my business and Attract was the first PR company I've ever worked with - they will now be the only PR company I will ever work with. DO NOT USE OR TRIAL We signed up for trials on social media accounts. There was no payment confirmation, no email, no account made, nothing. We then tried to reach out over the next week at all available emails, the form, and the number to cancel. Nothing. And no other way to cancel. The company then tried to charge us. We blocked the company via our bank. Tried to reach out to all emails again. Even booked a call via the calendar thing on the site. Still nothing. The company is still trying to take payment. Either all the reviews are fake and this is a scam business or it ended last year and the owner forgot to take down the site both of which are negligent.
