Upset Business Owner
USI honestly can't believe this company… I honestly can't believe this company is even allowed to be a payment processor. Their customer service team might as well be non existent. It makes me feel like the owner just has a few VAs overseas to answer questions after they finish their daytime job. They are absolutely the most rude customer service team I have ever encountered in 7 years as a business owner dealing with a payment processing company. The owner Jason King reached out to me on social media about setting up an account and has been non existent since. They haven't answered (only way to reach is by text) and when they finally decide to answer you after either hours or days later, you are met with a rep who is beyond rude when you are asking questions about what is going on and why your funds are being held. My next step is contacting the attorney generlas office after seeing all of these complaints on here and other places.

USThe worst payment processor on the… The worst payment processor on the planet. If you have a consulting business STEER CLEAR! Literally held $7,000 of my funds for a week because their customer service rep had a spasm when I asked about where my money was 3 business days later. They also double charge you merchant fees because they don’t explain they stack their gateway with PayPal. So if your client pays the invoice using their PayPal you have to pay PayPal’s merchant fee 3% and Payyit’s merchant fee. The BS financing they say they offer to your clients is a whitelabel PayPal integration. So it’s basically PayPal Credit. You can do that stuff yourself. It now makes sense why they offer all these rewards points and affiliate commission perks because their main product (merchant processing) which should work is TRASH. Big red flag when you can’t get the basic thing you need them for right.

USDisappointing Experience: False Advertising and Poor Security Measures at Payyit I recently signed up for Payyit after seeing their enticing advertisement on Instagram boasting about their no-credit-check financing options. However, my experience with their services has been nothing short of disappointing, to say the least. The advertised no-credit-check financing turned out to be a façade. Upon upgrading to their $81.00 plan, I discovered that Payyit's financing is actually facilitated through PayPal Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL), which involves credit checks and stringent approval processes. This contradicted their initial promise and made it difficult to obtain approval, contrary to what was advertised. Furthermore, Payyit's branding splattered all over their forms compromised any notion of privacy. This lack of discretion was a major concern, especially considering the sensitive financial information being shared. The communication channels, predominantly via text, felt incredibly insecure, with the underwriter bombarding me with numerous questions through this unsecured medium. As a 34-year-old businessman, I understand the importance of security in online interactions, and this approach did not meet basic security standards. To exacerbate matters, I encountered persistent issues accessing my account, even after requesting cancellation. Despite being assured by a representative that the login issue was "case sensitive" – something I am well aware of – resetting my password proved futile. Eventually, I was compelled to allow the representative to create a password for me, a process that only heightened my concerns about the platform's security measures. In conclusion, Payyit's actual services are a far cry from their appealing portrayal on social media. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this platform. The misleading advertising, privacy breaches, and subpar security measures make it an unreliable and unsafe option for financial transactions.

USPayyit. Difficult sign up process. Unprofessional and impersonal customer service. I attempted to sign up for Payyit payment processing services of whom Jason King is President. After signing up for their Free Starter Plan I was informed via the system message that I needed to upgrade to a higher plan due to my business industry being in financial services. Fine no problem. I was going to do this anyway since the Premium Pro offered customer financing options. I still was not able to learn the details about the financing before signing up. I had to complete a new application and answer the same questions for the Free Starter Plan. To upgrade, I also had to pay $81.00 for the first month before my application was technically approved. During the process I was locked out of my account and had to change the password twice even though I never changed the password. I was also contacted by a Robert "Risk & Underwriting" Department via text to answer questions to structure my account properly. What legitimate financial organizations Risk & Underwriting only communicates via text message? I told them I'd prefer email, phone, or even their system chat. Nevertheless, he sent over 10 questions in one text that I was expected to answer. How does one reasonably answer 10 questions in one text and it even be organized? Mind you, I answered these questions when I signed up for the free account and when I did the upgrade. Several questions seemed to have nothing to do with underwriting such as "How did I learn about Payyit and will I be joining Payyit Affiliate Partners?" Again 10 questions in a single text. Would not a form be better? Or Email? Again, I was locked out of the dashboard and had to reset my password again to speak with chat. I expressed my desire to not communicate via text as that not an unusual preference. The Chat Agent stated that since I did not want to answer the "Risk & Underwriting" questions my application was declined. Declined? I only stated I prefer another medium of communication for such inquiries. My concerns totally ignored even though I told them I would let my prominent business associates know of my experience. The Chat Agent did not express any understanding nor empathy and simply said we can not support your business. This company touts itself as Black-owned but it woefully unprofessional needs to understand that my requests were not unreasonable. There are bugs in the interface and some links led to non-existent and broken pages. I am a big proponent of small upstarts, but when someone brings issues to attention, they should not be dismissed out of hand. While there is potential for this company to do something special, at this time I would not recommend it to anyone.
