U can neither withdraw it not use it for purchase of gift cards. $94 dollars in my account are of no use. Hard earned money is being wasted. I’ve logged a complaint with Federal Trade commission (FTC). Hope these fraud websites are taken down soon.

If something doesn't work, then the customer service team has been quite responsive to fixing any issues... That being said, the issue is usually not reading the guide's and FAQ's. Anytime something went wrong in my experience it was because I didn't understand or read the rules completely.

Worries about payment issue - resolved It appeared that there was an issue with the blockchain confirmations, which caused the 15 minute payment window to be missed. However, when the payment was confirmed, the BTC was credited to my account, and I was able to use those funds for my purchase immediately. Big relief! Thank you!
