Most reputable companies are tweeting annoying ѕhіt almost daily and while annoying, it is a good indicator that a company is actually being manned by someone.

They were quick to respond and resolved it in about 48 hours. If you use crypto, I suggest funding your account and then buying, rather than ordering a card and then sending payment.
