Since there is no automated system, I grew impatient and contacted the support email and i waited roughly 27+ hours to get proper assistance to receive my gift card. I would give it a higher rating if turnaround time was less than 1 hour.

Some of the poorest customer service in the industry Website functions just fine but the customer service and responses via email, although they do get back to you in a week or two (maybe) they will give you a 1-liner answer nearly every time. The customer service ruined it for me. Update: Cardbazaar responded below saying I should check my spam folder. I do tech support for a living and make my life happen online I know there's nothing in spam. So I also know their support lies about their response time.

withdraw pending for months now I sell giftcards on CardBazaar I sell the most Starbucks giftcards and when I am to withdraw it has been 5 weeks now and my money is still pending they haven’t even reply to emails or twitter messages I am starting to think they are a scam and also they have bad customer service you guys need to answer customers and vendors on your platform.. First time buying here really quick… First time buying here really quick service. keeping in mind coinbase transfer take long and make sure to add little extra if u do bitcoin because it might be short few cents. I might look into otherways to pay bitcoin then coinbase as they charge lot of fees for transactions. But the service CardBazaar is good. Hope it stays like that.

Cardbazaar takes a bit to get… Cardbazaar takes a bit to get comfortable with, but once you learn the system, everything works as you would expect. If something doesn't work, then the customer service team has been quite responsive to fixing any issues... That being said, the issue is usually not reading the guide's and FAQ's. Anytime something went wrong in my experience it was because I didn't understand or read the rules completely.
