Cardbazaar takes a bit to get… Cardbazaar takes a bit to get comfortable with, but once you learn the system, everything works as you would expect. If something doesn't work, then the customer service team has been quite responsive to fixing any issues... That being said, the issue is usually not reading the guide's and FAQ's. Anytime something went wrong in my experience it was because I didn't understand or read the rules completely.

First time ... Perfect! This was my first time using it. I sent some Bitcoin to deposit had to wait about 10 minutes but then I was able to purchase my gift cards at a 10% savings. Unfortunately the Bitcoin had depreciated in value in the meantime. That was the only drawback. Once the money was deposited the gift cards were immediately available upon purchase. No tickets are created for customer service issues, must keep track of emails you sent yourself to follow up with them for refunds. No clear understandable ability to see refund history for 0 balance cards that you have been refunded for by customer support. Also, proceed using this site knowing you are taking a risk doing so. Their terms of service section 2. explains they can lock you out of your account for any reason and keep your funds for any reason. I have used this site for many months and always received refunds for 0 balance cards that were supposed to have money on them.

Gift card not delivered Order CBZVHX4N gift card was not delivered to my account within 5 minutes of order placed and payment confirmed. The order is currently showing as processing. Per your FAQ, orders should arrive within 5 minutes of purchase, and advised to contact support if not.
