To be honest, I did not trust first, but I tried works very well. I have to mention that their customer services response emails in 1 hour even at night. It was a big surprise to me. Since there is no automated system, I grew impatient and contacted the support email and i waited roughly 27+ hours to get proper assistance to receive my gift card.
