They don't accept standard forms of… They don't accept standard forms of payment (i.e., credit card, paypal, etc.) You either have to do some e-check and give them bank information (no thanks) or you have to buy cryptocurrency through a convoluted and suspicious process (no thanks), transfer the cryptocurrency to your cardbazaar account, all to save a paltry 5-10% on a gift card. They say the process takes 3 minutes. Reality: at least 10-15 minutes. Simply not worth the risk imo.

Since there is no automated system, I grew impatient and contacted the support email and i waited roughly 27+ hours to get proper assistance to receive my gift card. I would give it a higher rating if turnaround time was less than 1 hour.

withdraw pending for months now I sell giftcards on CardBazaar I sell the most Starbucks giftcards and when I am to withdraw it has been 5 weeks now and my money is still pending they haven’t even reply to emails or twitter messages I am starting to think they are a scam and also they have bad customer service you guys need to answer customers and vendors on your platform.. First time ... Perfect! This was my first time using it. I sent some Bitcoin to deposit had to wait about 10 minutes but then I was able to purchase my gift cards at a 10% savings. Unfortunately the Bitcoin had depreciated in value in the meantime. That was the only drawback. Once the money was deposited the gift cards were immediately available upon purchase. I printed them out and used them in store along with a coupon

Website needs a some work Website needs a some work. Unable to search past gift cards in order to quickly find an old gift card. Unable to export order history/purchase logs as CSV for bookkeeping. No tickets are created for customer service issues, must keep track of emails you sent yourself to follow up with them for refunds. No clear understandable ability to see refund history for 0 balance cards that you have been refunded for by customer support. Also, proceed using this site knowing you are taking a risk doing so. Their terms of service section 2. explains they can lock you out of your account for any reason and keep your funds for any reason. I have used this site for many months and always received refunds for 0 balance cards that were supposed to have money on them.
