CardBazaar is legit, but long turnaround time CardBazaar is legit, but transactions and orders are manually verified by a person. Since there is no automated system, I grew impatient and contacted the support email and i waited roughly 27+ hours to get proper assistance to receive my gift card. I would give it a higher rating if turnaround time was less than 1 hour.

Some of the poorest customer service in the industry Website functions just fine but the customer service and responses via email, although they do get back to you in a week or two (maybe) they will give you a 1-liner answer nearly every time. The customer service ruined it for me. Update: Cardbazaar responded below saying I should check my spam folder. I do tech support for a living and make my life happen online I know there's nothing in spam. So I also know their support lies about their response time.

Not a good option if you are planning… Not a good option if you are planning on using ACH transfers to buy gift cards here. They sold $50 gift card only to come back and say that the card was not valid; subsequently another gift card, which also had much lower balance than the advertised value and lowered the discount significantly! There are rarely any gift cards available and by the time you transfer money to buy your gift card of interest, that card is gone and your money is stuck, as you can’t transfer it back to your bank account nor get a refund!

withdraw pending for months now I sell giftcards on CardBazaar I sell the most Starbucks giftcards and when I am to withdraw it has been 5 weeks now and my money is still pending they haven’t even reply to emails or twitter messages I am starting to think they are a scam and also they have bad customer service you guys need to answer customers and vendors on your platform.. Fraudulent website Fraudulent website. It never finishes the verification process and keeps your balance amount with them. U can neither withdraw it not use it for purchase of gift cards. $94 dollars in my account are of no use. Hard earned money is being wasted. I’ve logged a complaint with Federal Trade commission (FTC). Hope these fraud websites are taken down soon.
