Some of the poorest customer service in the industry Website functions just fine but the customer service and responses via email, although they do get back to you in a week or two (maybe) they will give you a 1-liner answer nearly every time. The customer service ruined it for me. Update: Cardbazaar responded below saying I should check my spam folder. I do tech support for a living and make my life happen online I know there's nothing in spam. So I also know their support lies about their response time.

Not a good option if you are planning… Not a good option if you are planning on using ACH transfers to buy gift cards here. They sold $50 gift card only to come back and say that the card was not valid; subsequently another gift card, which also had much lower balance than the advertised value and lowered the discount significantly! There are rarely any gift cards available and by the time you transfer money to buy your gift card of interest, that card is gone and your money is stuck, as you can’t transfer it back to your bank account nor get a refund!

Fraudulent website Fraudulent website. It never finishes the verification process and keeps your balance amount with them. U can neither withdraw it not use it for purchase of gift cards. $94 dollars in my account are of no use. Hard earned money is being wasted. I’ve logged a complaint with Federal Trade commission (FTC). Hope these fraud websites are taken down soon.

Website needs a some work Website needs a some work. Unable to search past gift cards in order to quickly find an old gift card. Unable to export order history/purchase logs as CSV for bookkeeping. No tickets are created for customer service issues, must keep track of emails you sent yourself to follow up with them for refunds. No clear understandable ability to see refund history for 0 balance cards that you have been refunded for by customer support. Also, proceed using this site knowing you are taking a risk doing so. Their terms of service section 2. explains they can lock you out of your account for any reason and keep your funds for any reason. I have used this site for many months and always received refunds for 0 balance cards that were supposed to have money on them.

First time ... Perfect! This was my first time using it. I sent some Bitcoin to deposit had to wait about 10 minutes but then I was able to purchase my gift cards at a 10% savings. Unfortunately the Bitcoin had depreciated in value in the meantime. That was the only drawback. Once the money was deposited the gift cards were immediately available upon purchase.
