Once it cancels the order, the funds are supposed go to your general account when confirmed; however, that did not occur until I reached out to support. They were quick to respond and resolved it in about 48 hours. If you use crypto, I suggest funding your account and then buying, rather than ordering a card and then sending payment.

No tickets are created for customer service issues, must keep track of emails you sent yourself to follow up with them for refunds. No clear understandable ability to see refund history for 0 balance cards that you have been refunded for by customer support. Also, proceed using this site knowing you are taking a risk doing so. Their terms of service section 2. explains they can lock you out of your account for any reason and keep your funds for any reason. I have used this site for many months and always received refunds for 0 balance cards that were supposed to have money on them.

I was able to buy a bestbuy giftcard for 10% off its value using bitcoin and within an hour spend it on headphones on the bestbuy website. 100% would do this again since it was an easy way to save money on an expensive electronics purchase.
