A cautionary experience with LadyStrategist My experience with LadyStrategist : I never got to see their templates after I purchased a small USD$64 package and was charged instead AUD$401 for an annual subscription. I immediately contacted Ladystrategist who agreed to fix the problem. After stalling for several weeks, they came back to me saying the error was mine and no refund would be forthcoming. I successfully fought the charge with my bank by providing proof that I was incorrectly charged, and the bank refunded my money, but that took several months. 12 months later, this merchant has just attempted to charge me for another years subscription at AUD $441. Lucky my banks fraud department was on the ball and declined the charge.

Might be a scam Bought a few bundles worth $74 in 2021, wanted to access it recently and it's no longer available. Texted, emailed and facebook messaged Lady Strategist but there wasn't a single reply. Honestly quite disappointed as I considered purchasing more products. Hopefully someone gets back to me ASAP and their email bounced back when I emailed. Truly a bit crazy how they are unreachable or uncontactable at all.

Didn't know where to start and I've been following Ladystrategist for months. I love her work and now I am using her 950+ templates made-for-you. It's saving me so much time, am really grateful.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, she debits CC even if you cancel I have been a client two years ago (2022). Then, I have decided not to renew my subscription (more than 350$). Despite my cancelation they charged me for 2023. They took 15 days to reply and refund. Now in 2024, the charged me AGAIN more than 350$ and NO response on instagram, no response by email. This girl is a thief!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER. Same templates are free of charge on canva!!!

Thrilled with my purchase! What a surprise! I am thrilled with the templates I received from Ladystrategist. Why surprised? Because I have purchased templates before from others, and they were difficult to use and uninspiring. These templates are a joy to work with, even for this almost 70-year-old. I wish I would have found her before now.
