AUI wish I had read reviews first on this… I wish I had read reviews on this company before engaging with them. I tried on several attempts to contact them regarding a charge for a renewed subscription that I did not authorise without success. I then cancelled my subscription via PayPal on the same day they charged me for the unauthorised renewed description, and lodged a dispute with PayPal. Responses from the company via the PayPal system were just shy of sounding like a templated generic response. The final message was to the effect of ‘sorry all sales are final’. If I could give a zero rating, I would. I cannot comment on the infographic products as I actually cancelled after the free trial period but was charged for the 1st year. Never opened any emails after the trial as I found the infographics simplistic and unimaginable.

GBI would give a zero star I would give a zero star, however, this is not an option. I have been a customer of Ladystrategist.com for over a year. Up until now, I was happy. THEN, I couldn't get into my account. I looked at my account settings as saw that I was not automatically renewed, so I though, well, ok, I'll just purchase again. After that--I was billed for the account renewal. Now I had 2 accounts. I email, email, and emailed requesting a refund on the second account. NOTHING. AND I can't access my original account. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I even tried calling phone numbers associated with this account. Nothing. This is such poor business practice. I truly like and have used the templates, and find them helpful for my business. However, I will never recommend this business to anyone. I would very much like to either access my account or receive a full refund.
