BEDO NOT BUY FROM THEM, she debits CC even if you cancel I have been a client two years ago (2022). Then, I have decided not to renew my subscription (more than 350$). Despite my cancelation they charged me for 2023. They took 15 days to reply and refund. Now in 2024, the charged me AGAIN more than 350$ and NO response on instagram, no response by email. This girl is a thief!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HER. Same templates are free of charge on canva!!!

USGood & Bad Honest Review First I would like to say that I love the templates! There's a great variety of them and I'm pleasantly overwhelmed. What I don't love is that I've been reaching out for over a month about a few templates that don't work and have yet to get a response. It's frustrating.

GBDon't join the membership - the worst customer service Don't join the membership! If I could, I would give zero stars to forewarn people. Like others, I have tried endless times (at least eight times) to contact the business. This is to get a refund for a quarterly debit (from February 24) on an already cancelled membership (November 23). For over $120. It's basically fraud, as I can't get into the membership given it was cancelled (by Lady Strategist on my request) and yet I've been charged for access. My emails have been ignored ever since I attached the invoice showing the debit. The response below means nothing! All I want is a refund on a cancelled membership, yet the business refers to me emailing about accessing my account. I'm not in the membership and nor do I want to be. I just want a refund for money that shouldn't have been debited from me.

USI would give a zero star I would give a zero star, however, this is not an option. I have been a customer of Ladystrategist.com for over a year. Up until now, I was happy. THEN, I couldn't get into my account. I looked at my account settings as saw that I was not automatically renewed, so I though, well, ok, I'll just purchase again. After that--I was billed for the account renewal. Now I had 2 accounts. I email, email, and emailed requesting a refund on the second account. NOTHING. AND I can't access my original account. I am BEYOND FRUSTRATED. I even tried calling phone numbers associated with this account. Nothing. This is such poor business practice. I truly like and have used the templates, and find them helpful for my business. However, I will never recommend this business to anyone. I would very much like to either access my account or receive a full refund.
