ITTaggbox I came to Taggbox looking for ugc management. I had extensive amount of content lying all over the net. I couldn’t collect let alone manage so much content created by my users. Taggbox has not only helped me collect so much content but also manage it. Now all my content in under one dashboard and is conveniently stored into various folder for different purposes. I can now make much more use out of this moreover with Taggbox I was able to get my team to access all the collections and market UGC above our expectations.

GBWill cause your site to slow down I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with this platform, particularly highlighted during the crucial period leading up to Christmas. Firstly, we encountered a significant technical issue, an uncaught console error, which severely impaired our website's response time. This led to a disappointing and inefficient experience for our customers at a critical time for our business. This problem was unforeseen and only came to light after an in-depth investigation. Secondly, my experience with customer support has been frustrating. For months, I have been in continuous communication with the team to resolve an issue with Google Reviews. As a franchise with multiple locations, all our Google Business pages were set up identically and without any conflicts. Yet, the support team has been unable to resolve this issue, repeatedly suggesting the same ineffective solution. Overall, my experience has been extremely disappointing, falling short of the expectations and standards required for efficient business operations, especially during high-traffic periods like the Christmas season

KZRemoved App without notice They removed their app service to my website and didn't even contact me to tell me (I only found out by accident) and now I find it impossible to get a clear answer to basic questions of why? All they are trying to do is pump automated emails to me telling me to upgrade! Terrible levels of support, terrible client care in general. NOT to be trusted!
