GBDo not use this website Do not use this website. Company is a complete scam and any positive feedback must be false. I ordered business cards and paid (a significant amount) extra for delivery on a specific day. No cards have yet arrived and it’s impossible to contact them. All the automated mails they send you are fake and have false information about delivery via TNT and tracking numbers. This is theft! Goodness knows how much they have taken from potential clients. Tell all your friends - whoever is making money from this should be prosecuted.

Numerous emails and then this public forum and 360online print then responded! 2nd time lucky? Nice colour 2 fold brochure arrived today, as per date given, and by GLS delivery van. Shame I can't give a higher rate as the experience was very stressful. Thank you 360online for being true to your offer and redoing the order and for it's tracking delivery this time:) Hope to see your service get consistently higher stars as my brochures are lovely.

GBNEVER USE THIS COMPANY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - you will see from my earlier review that they managed to send 2,000 leaflets with the reverse upside down. They also sent a jiffy bag (!!) containing A4 posters, which were dented because the package was not reinforced in any way. They agreed to reprint the fliers AND THEY ARRIVED ALSO UPSIDE DOWN ON THE REVERSE, exactly the same error! What ARE they on? These people do not seem interested in the quality of support and pay no attention to packaging or quality of their product. If you order anything from them, you are risking a lot.

GBOk well I take some of it back from my previous review Didn’t think for one minute the order would arrive on time but .....They Did! Fast service but the downside was the packaging was terrible and a fair few hundred leaflets were damaged. Print quality was ok considering the price of £60 for 5000 a5 leaflets but if your looking for something a bit nicer to hand out then pick a paper and finish I think the company needs to inform customers that they are in fact based in Portugal and they definitely need to step up their customer services department as conversing via email every 24hrs is a bit dated in this day an age

GBLate and terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late if it'll come at all. I ordered 22nd of June and should arrive till 11 of July. They send it out 18th of July without any notice (email for example), and no option to choose delivery day after they are send it a week late. So I had a post notice about the deliver guy. My parcel far away a post office. Tracking number not provided from 360onlineprint.co.uk postman left a notice with a non-existing tracking number. They are charge extra fee for delivery and chosen delivery day, but all fake!!! No communication, no deadlines meters at all.
