GBAvoid at all cost, completely incompetent Placed my first order with this company. 8 days later got an email to say one of the items was out of stock and they had credited my account with that value (not a refund, just a credit off my next order) and now the rest of the order hasn't turned up either. Support emails are just generic/automated nonsense, no way to contact the company by telephone to speak to someone. At best they are a company out of their depth, but I fear something a little more underhand unfortunately. Avoid at all cost.

DELate and absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late (if it'll come at all). There is not contact information on the website except a form on the website which they claim to respond to in one business day. They don't. Don't order from here. Your money is better spent somewhere else where they will actually deliver your order and communicate with you. my order number is 102889

GB2000 Business Cards delivered on time 2000 Business Cards delivered on time. Beautiful printing, wish I could upload a picture. Kinda surprised by the bad reviews. Probably an international shipping issue as they are in Portugal. I worked for the USPS for a few years and know we can't get stuff right let alone coordinating with other countries. I don't normally write reviews and I am not paid nor have incentives been given. I am Brandon and own a Pressure Washing Business in Cincinnati, Ohio. (cincibluesolutions.com). Their price was 4x less than local companies (even after international shipping charges) and the colors are crisp and rich. The cards are perfect! Will be using again and recommend based on my experience! 5 Stars

IEAVOID LIKE THE… AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think this company is actually a scam, twenty days later I am still waiting for my business cards, a full two weeks after the latest possible delivery date they specified. No customer service bar an automated email reply to say "our logistics department is contacting the courier and as soon as we have any news, you will be contacted." AAAGH!!
