ORDER NEVER CAME, BUYER BEWARE!! Order was delayed, but no communication sent. No response to emails. Still waiting on order. Updates: I tried to contact support multiple times to resolve issue, but there answers were incoherent and didn't respond to any of my questions. Horrible service, I will never use this company again. BEWARE OF PRICE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY NEVER USE THIS COMPANY - you will see from my earlier review that they managed to send 2,000 leaflets with the reverse upside down. They also sent a jiffy bag (!!) containing A4 posters, which were dented because the package was not reinforced in any way. They agreed to reprint the fliers AND THEY ARRIVED ALSO UPSIDE DOWN ON THE REVERSE, exactly the same error! What ARE they on? These people do not seem interested in the quality of support and pay no attention to packaging or quality of their product. If you order anything from them, you are risking a lot.

Late and absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late (if it'll come at all). There is not contact information on the website except a form on the website which they claim to respond to in one business day. They don't. Don't order from here. Ok well I take some of it back from my previous review Didn’t think for one minute the order would arrive on time but .....They Did! Fast service but the downside was the packaging was terrible and a fair few hundred leaflets were damaged. Print quality was ok considering the price of £60 for 5000 a5 leaflets but if your looking for something a bit nicer to hand out then pick a paper and finish I think the company needs to inform customers that they are in fact based in Portugal and they definitely need to step up their customer services department as conversing via email every 24hrs is a bit dated in this day an age

FRAUDULENT | FAKE COMPANY | DO NOT USE! Ordered business cards and no areival service is disgusting. It's worse than speaking to a Robot. Can't answer simple questions and track an order. NO SIGN OF REFUND OR ORDER Terrible service. Delayed order over 7 days with no sign of delivery. Requested a delivery date and they replied with a credit to the customer account. The company is definitely fraudulent and delayed replies of later than 24 hours. Requested a refund and this was diverted to crediting the "customer account" No sign of delivery or order being delivered. Chased for many days and still no refund or arrival of order. Stick to vista print!!
