GBLate and terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late if it'll come at all. I ordered 22nd of June and should arrive till 11 of July. They send it out 18th of July without any notice (email for example), and no option to choose delivery day after they are send it a week late. So I had a post notice about the deliver guy. My parcel far away a post office. Tracking number not provided from 360onlineprint.co.uk postman left a notice with a non-existing tracking number. They are charge extra fee for delivery and chosen delivery day, but all fake!!! No communication, no deadlines meters at all.

GBAvoid at all cost, completely incompetent Placed my first order with this company. 8 days later got an email to say one of the items was out of stock and they had credited my account with that value (not a refund, just a credit off my next order) and now the rest of the order hasn't turned up either. Support emails are just generic/automated nonsense, no way to contact the company by telephone to speak to someone. At best they are a company out of their depth, but I fear something a little more underhand unfortunately. Avoid at all cost.

GBI never usually write reviews about…5**** I never usually write reviews about felt I should for this. I came on here and was put off from ordering from this company due to the horrendous reviews. But they were miles cheaper than anyone else and I was in no particular hurry to get the business cards. To my surprise they turned up 3 days later and look great. I went for the most expensive about quickest postage which was 3 days. It cost an extra £7 or so compared to t1he cheapest postage option. Couldn't have rated them any higher. Conclusion: Buy the most expensive postage option so your higher priority to be printed. 5*****

GBDon't waste your time Made a very large order, paid quite a conciderable amount for the fastest shopping possible. When it was finally shipped the day before it was due, there was no tracking information. Arrived 2days late, too late for its purpose for an event. Items damaged and were told we should have refused at time of delivery but couldn't because the parcels we just abandoned at another location than specified and they phoned to tell me after they had left (I was at specified location) Customer service is non existant. Foughtong for refund. Just not worth the hassel of ordering
