CAI order flyers on August 23 I ordered flyers on August 23 I ordered flyers on August 23. They were to be delivered on August 28. I contacted them and received word of an “delivery partner issue” like other reviews have stated. That was it! Now it’s September 7th. They still say in production. There’s no number to contact and it seems to be a generic email answering system with no real information. I just want a refund because I have to go get my flyers printed out.!!!

GBVery poor business! I received my order after 27 days (not in a 72 hrs. as advertise on site!) Communication with customer serves only by email, no phone number! They mast gave customer Trucking number for order after shipping! Business cards made on very thin paper, looks cheap! Business card packing not in a hard board box! Cards have been packing in a regular paper; it was ripped in a way to go! Now I need to find some box for cards! Very poor business!

GBI never usually write reviews about…5**** I never usually write reviews about felt I should for this. I came on here and was put off from ordering from this company due to the horrendous reviews. But they were miles cheaper than anyone else and I was in no particular hurry to get the business cards. To my surprise they turned up 3 days later and look great. I went for the most expensive about quickest postage which was 3 days. It cost an extra £7 or so compared to t1he cheapest postage option. Couldn't have rated them any higher. Conclusion: Buy the most expensive postage option so your higher priority to be printed. 5*****

Numerous emails and then this public forum and 360online print then responded! 2nd time lucky? Nice colour 2 fold brochure arrived today, as per date given, and by GLS delivery van. Shame I can't give a higher rate as the experience was very stressful. Thank you 360online for being true to your offer and redoing the order and for it's tracking delivery this time:) Hope to see your service get consistently higher stars as my brochures are lovely.

DELate and absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late (if it'll come at all). There is not contact information on the website except a form on the website which they claim to respond to in one business day. They don't. Don't order from here. Your money is better spent somewhere else where they will actually deliver your order and communicate with you. my order number is 102889
