Do not use this website Do not use this website. Company is a complete scam and any positive feedback must be false. I ordered business cards and paid (a significant amount) extra for delivery on a specific day. No cards have yet arrived and it’s impossible to contact them. All the automated mails they send you are fake and have false information about delivery via TNT and tracking numbers. This is theft! Goodness knows how much they have taken from potential clients. Tell all your friends - whoever is making money from this should be prosecuted.

I never usually write reviews about…5**** I never usually write reviews about felt I should for this. I came on here and was put off from ordering from this company due to the horrendous reviews. But they were miles cheaper than anyone else and I was in no particular hurry to get the business cards. To my surprise they turned up 3 days later and look great. I went for the most expensive about quickest postage which was 3 days. It cost an extra £7 or so compared to t1he cheapest postage option. Couldn't have rated them any higher. Conclusion: Buy the most expensive postage option so your higher priority to be printed. 5*****

2000 Business Cards delivered on time 2000 Business Cards delivered on time. Beautiful printing, wish I could upload a picture. Kinda surprised by the bad reviews. Probably an international shipping issue as they are in Portugal. I worked for the USPS for a few years and know we can't get stuff right let alone coordinating with other countries. I don't normally write reviews and I am not paid nor have incentives been given. I am Brandon and own a Pressure Washing Business in Cincinnati, Ohio. (cincibluesolutions.com). Their price was 4x less than local companies (even after international shipping charges) and the colors are crisp and rich. The cards are perfect! Will be using again and recommend based on my experience! 5 Stars

Late and terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late if it'll come at all. I ordered 22nd of June and should arrive till 11 of July. They send it out 18th of July without any notice (email for example), and no option to choose delivery day after they are send it a week late. So I had a post notice about the deliver guy. My parcel far away a post office. Tracking number not provided from 360onlineprint.co.uk postman left a notice with a non-existing tracking number. They are charge extra fee for delivery and chosen delivery day, but all fake!!! No communication, no deadlines meters at all.

FRAUDULENT | FAKE COMPANY | DO NOT USE! Ordered business cards and no areival service is disgusting. It's worse than speaking to a Robot. Can't answer simple questions and track an order. NO SIGN OF REFUND OR ORDER Terrible service. Delayed order over 7 days with no sign of delivery. Requested a delivery date and they replied with a credit to the customer account. The company is definitely fraudulent and delayed replies of later than 24 hours. Requested a refund and this was diverted to crediting the "customer account" No sign of delivery or order being delivered. Chased for many days and still no refund or arrival of order. Stick to vista print!!
