Late and absolutely terrible customer service Absolutely terrible customer service! My order is late (if it'll come at all). There is not contact information on the website except a form on the website which they claim to respond to in one business day. They don't. Don't order from here. Your money is better spent somewhere else where they will actually deliver your order and communicate with you. my order number is 102889

Avoid at all cost, completely incompetent Placed my first order with this company. 8 days later got an email to say one of the items was out of stock and they had credited my account with that value (not a refund, just a credit off my next order) and now the rest of the order hasn't turned up either. Support emails are just generic/automated nonsense, no way to contact the company by telephone to speak to someone. At best they are a company out of their depth, but I fear something a little more underhand unfortunately. Avoid at all cost.

ORDER NEVER CAME, BUYER BEWARE!! Order was delayed, but no communication sent. No response to emails. Still waiting on order. Updates: I tried to contact support multiple times to resolve issue, but there answers were incoherent and didn't respond to any of my questions. Very poor business! I received my order after 27 days (not in a 72 hrs. as advertise on site!) Communication with customer serves only by email, no phone number! They mast gave customer Trucking number for order after shipping! Business cards made on very thin paper, looks cheap! Business card packing not in a hard board box! Cards have been packing in a regular paper; it was ripped in a way to go! Now I need to find some box for cards! Very poor business!

Good product, bad delivery I honestly thought I’d been scammed! However, I finally received the parcel from 360 online print and the quality And price was great and I really like the product. However the carrier parcel force were not helpful in the delivery process. This wasn’t 360onlineprint’s problem but I did pay a lot for the postage so I probably won’t be purchasing again.
