Don't waste your time Made a very large order, paid quite a conciderable amount for the fastest shopping possible. When it was finally shipped the day before it was due, there was no tracking information. Arrived 2days late, too late for its purpose for an event. Items damaged and were told we should have refused at time of delivery but couldn't because the parcels we just abandoned at another location than specified and they phoned to tell me after they had left (I was at specified location) Customer service is non existant. Foughtong for refund. Just not worth the hassel of ordering

Very poor business! I received my order after 27 days (not in a 72 hrs. as advertise on site!) Communication with customer serves only by email, no phone number! They mast gave customer Trucking number for order after shipping! Business cards made on very thin paper, looks cheap! Business card packing not in a hard board box! Cards have been packing in a regular paper; it was ripped in a way to go! Now I need to find some box for cards! Very poor business!

ORDER NEVER CAME, BUYER BEWARE!! Order was delayed, but no communication sent. No response to emails. Still waiting on order. Updates: I tried to contact support multiple times to resolve issue, but there answers were incoherent and didn't respond to any of my questions. FRAUDULENT | FAKE COMPANY | DO NOT USE! Ordered business cards and no areival service is disgusting. It's worse than speaking to a Robot. Can't answer simple questions and track an order. NO SIGN OF REFUND OR ORDER Terrible service. Delayed order over 7 days with no sign of delivery. Requested a delivery date and they replied with a credit to the customer account. The company is definitely fraudulent and delayed replies of later than 24 hours. Requested a refund and this was diverted to crediting the "customer account" No sign of delivery or order being delivered. Chased for many days and still no refund or arrival of order. Stick to vista print!!
