GBDon't waste your time Made a very large order, paid quite a conciderable amount for the fastest shopping possible. When it was finally shipped the day before it was due, there was no tracking information. Arrived 2days late, too late for its purpose for an event. Items damaged and were told we should have refused at time of delivery but couldn't because the parcels we just abandoned at another location than specified and they phoned to tell me after they had left (I was at specified location) Customer service is non existant. Foughtong for refund. Just not worth the hassel of ordering

GBORDER NEVER CAME, BUYER BEWARE!! Order was delayed, but no communication sent. No response to emails. Still waiting on order. Updates: I tried to contact support multiple times to resolve issue, but there answers were incoherent and didn't respond to any of my questions. Horrible service, I will never use this company again. BEWARE OF PRICE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Numerous emails and then this public forum and 360online print then responded! 2nd time lucky? Nice colour 2 fold brochure arrived today, as per date given, and by GLS delivery van. Shame I can't give a higher rate as the experience was very stressful. Thank you 360online for being true to your offer and redoing the order and for it's tracking delivery this time:) Hope to see your service get consistently higher stars as my brochures are lovely.

GBGood product, bad delivery I honestly thought I’d been scammed! However, I finally received the parcel from 360 online print and the quality And price was great and I really like the product. However the carrier parcel force were not helpful in the delivery process. This wasn’t 360onlineprint’s problem but I did pay a lot for the postage so I probably won’t be purchasing again.
