Very poor business! I received my order after 27 days (not in a 72 hrs. as advertise on site!) Communication with customer serves only by email, no phone number! They mast gave customer Trucking number for order after shipping! Business cards made on very thin paper, looks cheap! Business card packing not in a hard board box! Cards have been packing in a regular paper; it was ripped in a way to go! Now I need to find some box for cards! Very poor business!

There is not contact information on the website except a form on the website which they claim to respond to in one business day. They don't. Don't order from here. ORDER NEVER CAME, BUYER BEWARE!! Order was delayed, but no communication sent. No response to emails. Still waiting on order. Updates: I tried to contact support multiple times to resolve issue, but there answers were incoherent and didn't respond to any of my questions. Horrible service, I will never use this company again. BEWARE OF PRICE! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

My first order was AWESOME My first order was AWESOME. Love it, great quality and sooo much cheaper than anywhere else. Second order... never arrived (lost in post I believe) and refused to give a refund but refunded double what i paid into my customer account.

FRAUDULENT | FAKE COMPANY | DO NOT USE! Ordered business cards and no areival service is disgusting. It's worse than speaking to a Robot. Can't answer simple questions and track an order. NO SIGN OF REFUND OR ORDER Terrible service. Delayed order over 7 days with no sign of delivery. Requested a delivery date and they replied with a credit to the customer account. The company is definitely fraudulent and delayed replies of later than 24 hours. Requested a refund and this was diverted to crediting the "customer account" No sign of delivery or order being delivered. Chased for many days and still no refund or arrival of order. Stick to vista print!!
