Recently my listia account was hacked… Recently my listia account was hacked and all my credit were removed, not due to me. I am a 100% feedback seller on listia since 2011. There is no customer service number to call and the help desk is an auto bot that gives automated responses that never help. What if there is some kind of bug in the database or a hacker in the system? Is anyone else having this happen to them??? PLEASE help I want my credits back asap.

There is mad money to be made on listia I don’t know why so many people are complaining. I think the transition from credits to xnk was fantastic. I had about 2,000,000 xnk. The value of xnk just went up to .0089 cents. That’s $17,800. Where else can you make that kind of money in a couple weeks seeking old unwanted items. I’ve been a member since 2014 and have seen all the transitions. Customer service does suck though. It takes 3 days to move xnk to an xnk wallet outside of Listia which there is NO REASON for it to take that long.
