USI find that this company is not a equal… I find that this company is not a equal opportunity employer. My skill sets alone qualifies me for any job position regardless of resume/application. I have added this company to a 'Do not do any type of business with' list. This is my experience and my opinion and free speech. Equal opportunity means to give an interview, it doesn't mean skim a resume/application and skip a potential new hire for their services. The company needs the employees, and the potential new hires don't need the company at all. Any applicant that applies to any job position is a great potential. Majority of HR departments have made ridiculous venting systems and requirements, and really do not read resume/applications. They also tend to due the golden rule thing within the company in which is discrimination. I applied for a great paying simple job position that I should have gotten an interview for regardless of anything. Unfortunately, they failed. Thank you
