Wouldn’t recommend there service to my… Wouldn’t recommend there service to my worst enemy, closed account over phone with one of there reps and had people listening in seeing as I called them over my Bluetooth, and there agent agreed to close the account, I paid my finance company directly through automatic payments on my finance companies website for every payment, these guys never made any payments for me, yet took out a fraudulent collection on me as of May of this year in 2020, but states it was opened on June of 2019 and the collection company refuses to even speak with me just keeps hanging up on me while I call them out on both violations of the fair credit reporting act and fair debt collecting practices which both the collection company autopay plus hired and themselves continue to do, autopay plus took out a collection of an amount which isn’t even my finance payment as well as they attempted theft on an old bank account by trying to take out multiple higher payments than even the collection they opened on me was for that I have proof fraud and attempted theft, I already have an attorney viewing everything, as well as autopay plus in question state they are bbb accredited on there website but the bbb suspended there accreditation awhile ago pending a viewing of higher ups, as well as states have issued complaints as well as fines on them for multiple different violations, and more people than I can count have filed complaints as well as disputes against autopay plus for multiple different reasons, such as fraud, falsification of payments, and many more, most can be read on the bbb website, and the cfpb website, where numerous complaints and disputes were filed, note as I said they state they are bbb accredited yet the bbb suspended it. They messages me on here stating they wanted to talk that was over 15 hours ago they have said and done nothing, they just wanna make themselves look good which is dam near impossible when all they do is lie to everyone even stating they have accreditation when they lost it, and state they help people and yet not just people have filed but states with fines on them, all they do is bs everyone, and commit fraud and violations and theft and many more, don’t ever bother using these guys unless you wanna be robbed and lied to.
