GBVery satisfied - excellent overall. My experience with AtomicMall was excellent. Ordered an antique brass lamp from one of the stores there and it arrived a day sooner than I expected. Before shipment I had a concern about one of the things posted in the description, and the store owner got back to me immediately with the information I needed. Overall, a 5 star rating. Will definitely shop here again.

CAI give them an A rating. I've used Atomic Mall for six or 7 years now, both as buyer and seller and I continue to love the site. Got a new sale just today (prompting this review) which put my monthly average at an all time high going into th e Christmas selling season. Great interface, great communication and a really good value for the money (currently using the free Gold account, so no monthly subscription fees, but I may upgrade soon). I give them an A rating.

GBAn overall great experience. Will shop again In light of some less than satisfying deals I've had on other 3rd party marketplace sites in the past, I decided to try Atomic Mall for the 1st time, as they had a nice piece of crystal that I'd been searching for. Seller was open, honest and extremely communicative, which are deal makers for me. The delicate piece arrived intact and I immediately placed another order without issue. 5***** for Atomic Mall - no issues.

GBNO STARS !! NO STARS !! Ordered an air mattress, never received a tracking number or confirmation on shipping. Emailed and messaged Atomic Mall and seller multiple times, NO One gets back to you, All the 5 star ratings are most likely posted by them. Stopped payment on my cc. I will never use them again. One big SCAM.

GBTop notch customer service I always make a point to give good reviews to companies that provide over the top customer support, and this was my experience with Atomic Mall. I initially had a payment issue with one of their marketplace sellers, so basically gave up and abandoned the purchase, thinking I'd just look elsewhere. A few hours later their rep contacted me by email and asked if there was a problem. I explained what happened and together we got the solution. Order placed. Item received in good condition (a beautiful vintage oak hat rack), and I couldn't be happier.
