The trick here is NOT to use your Instagram account on your phone, or it will get blocked due to the location of KENJI's servers. I never use the Instagram account on any of my devices and I had absolutely no problem to make it work successfully.

Also, they will not give you a refund, they will offer you to extend your subscription 1+ month for free, which is useless, this is not working at all. I wish I have read the reviews here before I paid for a service I never received.
