Complete crap with no customer service Complete crap with no customer service. Had it for a week waiting for something (anything) to start happening. Finally got an email back that said they were undergoing new servers and they were sorry. Not, how about a refund or maybe give me two extra weeks. To tell ya the truth, I wouldn’t want it and just canceled. What a scam

Took my personal information like a… Took my personal information like a password for IG account than started loading the page that should contain data about my profile to upgrade automation. That took infinity and was never finished. Did nothing but took my email and password.

They used to be one of the best, but now is another cripple from IG update. I used them for about 8 months, but after IG update, they stopped working and don't know when can give the money back. Since they are too busy with others refunds. For me it became a shaky business.

Complete SCAM Complete SCAM. Stay miles away from this company! They charged me initially to grow my Instagram channel, but failed to do so. Then, "coincidentally" days before the rebill was due, the login didn't work, so I couldn't cancel and was charged again! I disputed the transaction on PayPal but lost the dispute, so these frauds got to keep the money. They don't care about customer satisfaction, only their profit!
