Finally got an email back that said they were undergoing new servers and they were sorry. Not, how about a refund or maybe give me two extra weeks. Also, they will not give you a refund, they will offer you to extend your subscription 1+ month for free, which is useless, this is not working at all. I wish I have read the reviews here before I paid for a service I never received.

Scam website Scam website, they will continue to take payments after you have contacted them to end the subscription. Save yourself a phone call you to the bank and stay clear.

The service works well The service works well, as the customer service was quick in responding and solving some problems that had come my way. I must also point out, like the other reviews, the difficulty in blocking the subscription. I think they have a problem bound to the page, but I sincerely hope that through the customer service - chat this mishap can be resolved.
