This company claims to offer a money … This company claims to offer a money back guarantee on their amazon appeal service but they do NOT honor it. They are offering a service for writing appeal letters for amazon sellers whose accounts are suspended. On initial emails they claim that if our amazon seller account isn't reinstated with their appeal letter - they will provide full refund. I paid them $197 via paypal and they provided me an appeal letter which I submitted to amazon. One week later - there was no response from amazon so I asked this business to give me full refund. They tried to give me information on how to get a new amazon seller account created which I was not interested in. Then they said I have to wait 5 - 9 business days to get full refund back. This was their tactic for simply delaying the refund. After constant follow up - 9 business days later they reply back to me that I am not eligible for the refund at all because I decided not to go with their suggestion of getting a new amazon seller account. They are scamming customers by lulling them into a money back guarantee when they have no intention of giving the money back. I have in writing from them that they will provide money back guarantee if their appeal letter doesn't get my amazon seller account reinstated. The money back guarantee is for getting my amazon seller account reinstated - not for opening a new amazon account. This is fraud! I am still fighting with paypal about this - haven't got my money back yet. Also, they seem to be offering VPN service that show logos of well known news agencies (notice none of them are actual links to any of news agencies that mention their business) which again shows they are trying to fool unsuspecting ppl. Shady business - DO NOT give them your money!
