ESI would say we have had a very good experience … I would say we have had a very good IPTV experience up to now. We have shopped around and this is one of the best services of its kind out there. Good quality image, almost no buffering. It offers an expansive list of channels from all around the world, which was very important to us as my husband is from South America and I’m from North America so we wanted to watch channels from both regions. They also have huge lists of movies and series to enjoy. The only thing negative I could say about them is that their customer service is not always the best as far as their communication skills go. And I don’t like the fact that the prices advertised on their website are old and therefore lower than their actual prices. That’s deceiving and they should be updated.

NLNot trustworthy The service agent on WhatsApp are not customers friendly. They commit something and deny after the work done. I asked for renewal of one month before 3 days of expiration of existing subscription. The agent did it immediately by which I lost 3 days. The agent promised me to extend 3 days once I activate the new service. However when I contacted them to extend, they said they cannot.

GRalways lagging it always lags , except from the free trial... when i paid and after its lagging about 90% of times , awful experience and 90€ for nothing... they dont refund me and when i am asking to do something, the only thing they say, its " i ll inform technical staff, but nothing fixes... stay away!!!

IEVery good experience with fast… Very good experience with fast response, though you can tend to get the same canned responses if you persist they will work with you to solve the problem. All good so far, special callout to James today who stuck with me to find a solution.

LBi subscribed with them 5 months ago and… i subscribed with them 5 months ago and i took the one year premium plan, till last week they were perfect but suddenly everything was shut down i dunno why and there is no clear vision about what's next!!! that's really weird, i hope they go back like before but i have one remark is that the whatsap customer support are not so responsive. However, to be fair, they fixed the issue and gave us an alternative server so we should thank them since such things always happen with iptv and they fixed it in a very convenient way.
