GBVery shady website Very shady website. A person below me detailed his situation and I have to agree with it. Don't use your password or card on this website as they are sure to scam you. I tried to subscribe and my account was charged 4 times, and I did not even get access to the subscription. If you put in your password here, change it.

GBDon't recommend. So this website is really wack. They pick and choose the creators with a bias, are fine with their larger creators scamming their customers (I spent nearly 50$ on a PPV post that was HORRIFICALLY falsely advertised), as well as having shabby customer service and even threatened someone i used to know a while back with legal action when they brought up a legitimate fraud case. Whenever you make a review talking about the legit issues about their site/creators they cry about how it's false or "simply untrue" and don't appreciate it. Grow up and fix the issues. If you can't handle that your site management skills/employees/creators/whatever the case may be aren't that great or are lack luster then you shouldn't own a buisness. I stopped using this site ages ago and honestly you should to.

FRPoor Customer service Update : I finally got my money back. I don't know if it was this Trustpilot review that triggered this or something else, but I got no message from fanplace Original : I tried to subscribe and paid $9.99 with a Credit card, the site told me that the payment was refused but the transaction was actually accepted : my bank account clearly show a transaction accepted and paid to Fanplace. I've done this operation a second time, still the same error message avec still the payment was accepted for my bank. I contacted the customer service to explain that problem and to ask for the money to be credited on my wallet -> absolutely no answer. I just lost my money.

FRVery poor technical support Update : I'm desperately trying to contact Fanplace support but no one is responding. They say they are available 24/7 but I have been trying to contact them for 2 weeks but still no response...... if anyone has any help to help me... I have tried to contact the technical service many times to delete my fanplace account because there is no option to unsubscribe!! They don't respond at all so I have absolutely no idea how to leave this site!! Run away from this shady site!!
