Very poor and slow service. MovieGoods has a nice and big selection of rare movie posters, but other than that, their service is terribly slow. I complained many times, asking for that one poster I ordered. They kept telling me my package was ready or already sent. I waited 5 months. I wish I was kidding. Awful service.

Not feeling good about this company... I placed an order for a poster about a month or so ago. I emailed the company about 2 weeks ago asking for the status and was told that the poster would ship on or before June 9. It is now June 17 and I have yet to receive the poster. I tried going on their website today to check status and I see that their website no longer exists. I tried calling but no one ever answered and I eventually got an answering machine so I left a message that I need to hear from them by COB today as to whether the poster has been shipped or not. This is for my daughter's birthday which is quickly approaching so I will be ordering from another company tomorrow and reporting them to the BBB if I don't hear back today.

contact impossible it's been almost a month since I ordered 3 Posters. LV processing is the only status I can get. Repeted e-mails go unanswered and phone calls are not connected. What a way to opperate a business... but they have my money
