I purchased a video card at the … I purchased a video card at the beginning of summer and never received it. I contacted the seller after the shipping date range expired and got no response. I contacted dealsCube and go no response. The seller bdeals (read from other reviews) has had their account suspended and reopened repeatedly, which leads me to the conclusion that the account is handled by dealsCube. If the website itself were reputable they would at least respond to my complaint. IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS SCAMMED BY THIS WEBSITE, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. That is the only way to shut them down.

BUYER BEWARE!! dealsCube sellers such as “pinmart” will NEVER ship anything you purchase. Unknown to me, their 8 previous negative comments were either deleted or expire after a certain period of time. There were 3 more negative comments including mine during the 60 day period I was negotiating for my delivery. Currently, there are 2 more negative comments about the same issue...NON-DELIVERY and NO REFUNDS ISSUED! That's at least 13 comments in the last 5 months about the exact same problem and their answer is always the same, "We suggest you to contact your credit card company to file a charge back to receive your money back". This amounts to FRAUD! Even their "positive" reviews here on this review site are suspect. Very generic and non specific about what, when or even if something was purchased or delivered. Research the "63 day rule" they are using to ignore refunds and press your financial institution about your first contact for resolution. I did and received my $380 back. If they won't help, change your FI.

Worst transaction of my life! Horrible company! Do not, I repeat DO NOT buy anything from here. I paid for a hard drive and after 6 painful months of email exchanges THEY STOLE MY MONEY! They kept pushing the deadline of delivery and kept blaming me of not making a decision. Four months later they said that they canceled my order and refunded the money. I asked for proof so they deleted my email exchange history from website. AND THERE IS NO REFUND! I am looking into legal actions against this company.

Best price found! Best price found on product search. I was given a clear understanding that the product would not ship immediately; my need was not immediate so the savings was well worth my wait. Processing of payment through SquareUp was new to me, but instructions were clear and process was smooth. I will definitely include dealsCube in future product searches.
