I will not order anything else I urgently need on dealsCube, but it seems like a good deal for non-urgent items. The site has an easy interface to communicate with the seller.

I got scammed through someone on Dealscube I got scammed through Dealscube! I purchased a 250 GB SSD which was for my daughter's laptop, that never arrived! The person I was messaging back and forth with was stringing me along for weeks. I never received the product nor a refund, which I requested! Colon cancer would be too kind for such scam artists. Dealscube seems flawed or fake, it's missing ebay type protocols, for end user. So things of this nature can be handled properly and customers are protected... Be very careful using Dealscube! I believe they are involved in this scam.

But when placing my order getting quick response, and finally downloading it I was satisfied and happy. You could even get your money back if it wasn't what you were expecting (before you confirmed that this is the game you want). I contacted dealsCube and go no response. The seller bdeals (read from other reviews) has had their account suspended and reopened repeatedly, which leads me to the conclusion that the account is handled by dealsCube. If the website itself were reputable they would at least respond to my complaint. IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS SCAMMED BY THIS WEBSITE, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. That is the only way to shut them down.

No Service Whatsoever I found a great deal on a turntable through dealscube from "oceansoundltd". I expected that the delivery would take up to a month after payment, but when 2 weeks went buy with no payment request and no delivery date (multiple inquiries and correspondence), I thought there might be a problem. Oceansoundltd had the same item posted with a 2 week delivery date, but with a large increase in price by then. Trying to contact Dealscube for help on this yielded no response at all. Oceansoundltd simply kept saying "no delivery date yet, sorry" After more than 45 days, I cancelled. I can't believe people would run their businesses this way.
