Unacceptable Ordered gift for my 9 year old son. Because it was expensive it was his main gift. I ordered on November 17 and delivery was expected December 5-21. No late notice, nothing. Did not receive by Christmas. This was such a disappointment for my son. He received a letter from Santa and is STILL waiting for his gift!!!! So disappointing!! Never again!

BUYER BEWARE!! dealsCube sellers such as “pinmart” will NEVER ship anything you purchase. Unknown to me, their 8 previous negative comments were either deleted or expire after a certain period of time. There were 3 more negative comments including mine during the 60 day period I was negotiating for my delivery. Currently, there are 2 more negative comments about the same issue...NON-DELIVERY and NO REFUNDS ISSUED! That's at least 13 comments in the last 5 months about the exact same problem and their answer is always the same, "We suggest you to contact your credit card company to file a charge back to receive your money back". This amounts to FRAUD! Even their "positive" reviews here on this review site are suspect. Very generic and non specific about what, when or even if something was purchased or delivered. Research the "63 day rule" they are using to ignore refunds and press your financial institution about your first contact for resolution. I did and received my $380 back. If they won't help, change your FI.

You want a reference number??? They don't answer their email directly! What makes you think a reference number is going to make a difference!

Fraud site. Don't trust. SCAM Worst service/online site I have never seen. They said that they will credit my amount back into my account within 3-5 business days after I cancelled my order but I haven't get any amount till now(more than a month) There is no customer care number except mail service but if you send a mail don't expect a single mail from them.

At first I was worried about the … At first I was worried about the website because I have never heard of it. But when placing my order getting quick response, and finally downloading it I was satisfied and happy. You could even get your money back if it wasn't what you were expecting (before you confirmed that this is the game you want). The only thing I would change is not an offline version, but that is what I paid for.
