I purchased a video card at the … I purchased a video card at the beginning of summer and never received it. I contacted the seller after the shipping date range expired and got no response. I contacted dealsCube and go no response. The seller bdeals (read from other reviews) has had their account suspended and reopened repeatedly, which leads me to the conclusion that the account is handled by dealsCube. If the website itself were reputable they would at least respond to my complaint. IF YOU OR ANYONE YOU KNOW IS SCAMMED BY THIS WEBSITE, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. That is the only way to shut them down.

Unacceptable Ordered gift for my 9 year old son. Because it was expensive it was his main gift. I ordered on November 17 and delivery was expected December 5-21. No late notice, nothing. Did not receive by Christmas. This was such a disappointment for my son. He received a letter from Santa and is STILL waiting for his gift!!!! So disappointing!! Never again!

Fraud site. Don't trust. SCAM Worst service/online site I have never seen. They said that they will credit my amount back into my account within 3-5 business days after I cancelled my order but I haven't get any amount till now(more than a month) There is no customer care number except mail service but if you send a mail don't expect a single mail from them.

so easy I just downloaded Microsoft Office 2016 at about half the cost of the boxed version. It was very easy. I bought the product from dealsCube (a supplier in China, which actually had me slightly nervous at the outset) and paid with Paypal. Within 20minutes I had received the license key number and instructions on where to, and how to, download the software. Within 30 minutes I had new software to use on my Mac and all is working beautifully.
