I sent 8 emails over a 2 week period without any response yet when I emailed from a different account to “enquire about placing an order” I got a response immediately. I was then promised a refund which would take 5-7 days, 12 days on still no refund and back to ignoring my emails. Will now make sure I inform as many people as I can about this company.
