OpenNode is the easiest and best option for bitcoin payments I am new to the crypto space but had been reading about crypto payments for my business and knew I wanted to give it a try. After doing some research I realized that working with a business that was bitcoin only and easy to understand like OpenNode was the best option for me. As someone that is still learning about bitcoin payments, I found that the shopify integration was very easy to add to my store, additionally, I was able to use the chat feature on my profile to get clarity on invoicing and payment requests. My favorite feature right now is that I was able to set up my account to automatically convert bitcoin payments into USD at the time of purchase. This allows me to take advantage of the lower processing fee offered by OpenNode while safeguarding me and my business from bitcoin price volatility. Being able to increase my revenues simply by adding bitcoin as a payment option is going to allow me to meet business goals and scale my business internationally. If you have been thinking of adding bitcoin as a payment option for your business, do it with OpenNode. You won't be desapointed.

SCAM SCAM Waiting for a refund for more than 5 days when it says it takes less than 24h , no refund and no answer from support. I am reporting this to the authorities

Virtually impossible to get an account… Virtually impossible to get an account set up. Even after contacting customer service and being told our account would be set up, it never was and we never heard back after sending emails and chats. I agree with the other reviews, the customer service is atrocious.

Horrible customer support Was told a payment was confirmed but website wasn't updating. Support has been unresponsive for 5 days, completely unacceptable for a payment processor.

Strong recommend! My team and I have used OpenNode on our Woo Commerce site for well over a year and have loved the experience and savings on credit card fees :) Can't recommend it enough!
