It's strange that none of the reviews here talk about the features, how well it works with other stuff, how you can customize things, or how bug-free their WordPress plugin is. Highly recommended. I remember a time when we had an issue with showing blank stars on the website and these guys launched a new feature to cater for it.

Clearly a paid for review site in order for scam companies to collect reviews to scam other people! Needs closing down!

Run for the hills My interaction with reviews.io is through a third party who used reviews.io to run their survey. The results were definitely slanted away from negative reviews and when I queried this from the 3rd party, they went on the attack, and the resolution was that my money was reimbursed. I don't know if this 3rd party is naive or using a recognised review company that can make them look good. Either way, my considered advice to all concerned is don't trust surveys run by review io. Check them out, check out the comments and run for the hills.
