Scam site Scam site, absolutely not reliable. Impossible to leave opinions unless the company allows and pays it, because yes, companies must pay for opinions on this site

Recently purchased 3 Jack Wills polo… Recently purchased 3 Jack Wills polo shirts, 2 of which have shrunk in length by several inches ( strangely not in width!). Washing instructions were followed meticulously and items returned at our cost to Jack Wills. Customer care atrocious and request for refund rejected as company were unable to find any manufacturing fault and put it down to wear and tear after only a few weeks and 4 washes. We will definitely not be using this company again. Also discovered that they are now part of Sports Direct.

Tried to write a review and they said I wasn't trusted Tried to write a review for a website I had a bad experience with and they said I wasn't trusted and would have to submit a second review for some second unrelated site. I also thought it was weird that their submission form asked me if the website I had an experience with asked for the review and wanted me to paste a copy of the email i received from them in the form. its a fake review site

I don’t think Trustpilot is impartial-… I don’t think Trustpilot is impartial- clearly paid by some companies like Octopus Energy to not post negative reviews. This is misleading the general public and undermines current customers experiences as well as misleads potential new customers.
