Then when I reported it, the account closed and ioffer stated they can not do anything about it. What a rip off. Very dissappointing that people can take your money and close their account without any consequences.

Total scam! Buyer Beware! Total scam! Don’t fall for it! The designer bags don’t exist, especially at that low price. The tracking number only tracks a 1/2 ounce envelope that gets delivered elsewhere, not the item you’re expecting, per USPS. Buyer Beware!!

DO NOT ORDER!!! I placed an order for a bag in October 2018. I chased it up in February 2019 & was told to be patient. I chased again in April of 2019 complaining that it had been 7 months & I would like a refund as clearly the item is not going to be delivered. The reply was “be patient my angel” to which I replied I would report them to my credit card company. I’ve never got round to it & just have too much on my plate to take any further. I’m just taking it as a lesson learned. It’s now July 2019 & still no bag. Ioffer accept no responsibility, the order has been archived so there’s nothing I can do on the site. Today I closed my account. I did order about 5 other things which did arrive BUT they looked nothing like the picture, quality was crap & I was not impressed. In short AVOID!!!

Scamned I got scammed off $150. Paid for my purchase via PayPal as instructed, and have not received anything. Seller does not respond to my e mails or WhatsApp messages. Was very prompt communicating whilst placing my order, but thereafter they are gone AWOL. Please don't support this website

The IOffer website owner should be arrested and be hold accountable Around 2016, I tried to get a complete series dvd of Ed edd n eddy, after a few weeks, my order never arrived at all. Most of the complete series that are recorded on dvd-r discs are not original copies & they’re illegal downloads from file sharing websites. Whoever’s the person who’s selling those bootleg DVDs and is running the ioffer website should be arrested and be hold accountable for stealing people’s money.
