I mean these people, if you met them on the street, they would probably physically harm you out of desperation for a job. Scams everywhere. Posts that claim to be helpful but are a joke. They steal your money I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this company's billing practices and lack of customer support. I signed up for your free trial with the intention of evaluating the service before committing to a paid subscription. However, when I attempted to cancel my subscription before the end of the trial period, I was unable to do so. Despite my repeated efforts to contact customer support team via Facebook chat, I have not received any assistance. I have provided proof that your website indicates I do not have a premium account, yet I was still charged for a subscription. As a consumer, I am appalled by this company's lack of transparency and responsiveness. The absence of a live customer service call center is unacceptable, especially when faced with billing issues. I am requesting an immediate refund of the amount charged to my account.

Don't look for a job on here! From a person who is looking to get a job with LinkedIn this is a joke. Most jobs after being posted for 1 day receives over 100 applications leaving you not even a chance. I've never even gotten a call back or a look at my resume. Just CEOs and other large corps bragging about how great they are doing. As of today I am deleting the app.
