GBThe absolute worst platform imaginable The absolute worst platform imaginable. I've LITERALLY been emailing back and forth with 'customer service' (what a joke to even call it that) for 3 months trying to get them to help me upload a product catalog. If it weren't so unbelievably infuriating, it would make a great SNL skit. It should not be allowed that a platform of this size make it so incredibly complicated to navigate as a business owner trying to understand and take advantage of their offerings, and then have ZERO live customer service support. I will not be using this platform any longer. Which is really unfortunate, because I was really hoping it would be a beneficial one for me.

AUWas working beautifully Was working beautifully, had lots of fun looking at pictures and getting ideas and pinning them in folders. Then the site wouldn't download straight away, then lots of flickering and now completely blank. Done all checks and balances on my side. All other sites no problem except for Pinterest. Just nothing! Email just get a stock answer and redirect to very unhelpful help page. No one to contact so one wonders if anyone is running this show? Disappointing!

TTSeeking answers … I have always enjoyed Pinterest very informative and educational, however my account have been blocked. Can I get some sort of direction as how to get my account back.

GBThey just don't care Waiting for response to an escalated complaint. Absolutely nothing from them despite repeated attempts to contact them. If it doesn't benefit them they just don't care. I notice from TrustPilot stats that Pinterest do not reply to any negative reviews. They just don't care
