Updated review I spoke with John and he sorted out the problem with that particular order. I have since submitted a different order and I'm extremely satisfied with the plaque and service I received. I will resume business with this company. Dan

Worst Service I have had the WORST experience with this company I would highly advise against using this company for any military gifts. I ordered a plaque for a service members going away almost a month and a half advance. I was sent the wrong mock up of my product and wasn’t sent the correct one until a week later. Knowing I would not receive my order in time I tried to call multiple times to have the order cancelled and was constantly given the run around. My supervisor called and after a lengthy discussion was told we would receive a refund and was even asked for an address to send the refund check. A week later I received another email saying a refund was not possible because the product was done and ready to be shipped. That was a lie! The service member has since left the command and I still do not have the gift and am currently in a battle with the company to get my money back because they are incompetent.

I ordered a deskplate for myself that I've wanted for years and I ordered a special one for Christmas for a friend of mine from the Marine Corps. Their prices are reasonable & their work is outstanding.
