Our listing had been down for almost a… Our listing had been down for almost a month on Amazon.com due to being wrongly classified as a medical device. We initially had the help of another company who helped us appeal this decision but all we got was boiler plate emails from Amazon saying they would respond soon. Once we hired Younglanes, based on what they had us do, our listing was back up three days later. They know who to direct correspondence to at Amazon to get fast results. My only regret is I didn't hire them immediately.

SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is nothing but a total scam. They took $1250 from me and not answering since. First they said they will ask their billing department regarding the status to let me know and its in process, then, they stopped answering my calls. I tried contacting them time and time again they don't answer phone, email or anything. Also, I think its a one man run scam cause there's this one person who attends the call every time and fakes it telling different department and names. Beware everyone!

I informed youngLanes but they didn’t help. In fact, they stop replying to my emails and facebook messages. Left me for dead. It was a very unprofessional experience. absolutely appalling!

Amazon Account Reinstated after Arbitration Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. The first two appealed were not successful but they were able to get my account reinstatement through arbitration a few days ago. Took a little long than i expected but at least I was reinstated. They never gave up on my case even after the first appeals didn't work.

This is a scam This is a scam ! They didn’t responded to my emails , my WhatsApp , did not help and charge me in full 4 accounts where actually give to them and they took my money and never help they lied never hire them
