SCAM- READ THIS BEFORE SCAM. READ MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. They asked me to pay via ZELLE, but after my payment of $280, the promised service was never delivered. They stole my money taking advantage of the Zelle payment. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with the team through multiple emails, I have not received the refund. They ignore my emails and calls are ignored. This lack of communication and failure to provide the service as promised is completely unacceptable. A total SCAM. Look for another company.

Don't use their service! Waste time and money! I paid for their service and received a poorly written generic letter addressing to the appeal department of Ebay. The content of the letter is not related to my case at all. I then contacted them multiple times with no response. I would not use them, find someone else! Don't waste your time and money with them. I have just filed a dispute case with my credit card company.

They are scammer They are scammer. They know my tough financial situation but they are still taking advantage of my situation and taking money from me and then ignore my emails and messages. I don’t know how could they still survive in the business. Government or law enforcement gotta do something about these fraudulent activities.

Avoid. Have taken the money and run I found this company on google. They were very helpful to begin with and responsive. Of course until I paid. After that it became extremely difficult to get a response. When I finally got a reply it was a generic format I was supposed to send to several email addresses. 3 of which were rejected as not exisiting. Getting an answer about that was near on impossible and it only got worse. I picked the guaranteed package to try and resurrect an amazon account apparently linked to a restricted account. Not only was the communication ridiculous with no answers to questions but it wasn’t successful and they have not refunded my money. I’m sure this works in some cases but for me I believe they are a fraudulent company and don’t expect any replies
