SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is nothing but a total scam. They took $1250 from me and not answering since. First they said they will ask their billing department regarding the status to let me know and its in process, then, they stopped answering my calls. I tried contacting them time and time again they don't answer phone, email or anything. Also, I think its a one man run scam cause there's this one person who attends the call every time and fakes it telling different department and names. Beware everyone!

BEWARE!!!! My worst experience everr. they use a fake address, never answer or replying for call phone. positive reviews are fake for no doubt. as another reviewer said, they only accept cash payments and money transfers where you're NOT protected so they can rip you off- i have emails that proof it. they wrote the worst appeal EVER and i have no doubt that with a real proffesional services, my account was reinstated already. they GUARANTEED REINSTATEMENT OR YOUR MONEY BACK..well guess what. never received non of that. and no, i'm not a fake profile. you can find me. find me a solution and i'll make my profile public. This is a scam This is a scam ! They didn’t responded to my emails , my WhatsApp , did not help and charge me in full 4 accounts where actually give to them and they took my money and never help they lied never hire them

Great service Great service. My Amazon account was suspended for almost a year due to high cancellation rate. I appealed on various occasions, but all I was getting back was an automated message asking for more details. I’m so glad I found Younglanes..amazon team. Thanks to their professional appeal letters, my account was reinstated within few days. I wish I knew that earlier, I would avoid headache. Avoid. Have taken the money and run I found this company on google. They were very helpful to begin with and responsive. Of course until I paid. After that it became extremely difficult to get a response. When I finally got a reply it was a generic format I was supposed to send to several email addresses. 3 of which were rejected as not exisiting. Getting an answer about that was near on impossible and it only got worse. I picked the guaranteed package to try and resurrect an amazon account apparently linked to a restricted account. Not only was the communication ridiculous with no answers to questions but it wasn’t successful and they have not refunded my money. I’m sure this works in some cases but for me I believe they are a fraudulent company and don’t expect any replies
