Amazon Account Reinstated after Arbitration Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. SCAM- READ THIS BEFORE SCAM. READ MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. They asked me to pay via ZELLE, but after my payment of $280, the promised service was never delivered. They stole my money taking advantage of the Zelle payment. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with the team through multiple emails, I have not received the refund. They ignore my emails and calls are ignored. This lack of communication and failure to provide the service as promised is completely unacceptable. A total SCAM. Look for another company.

This company responded same day to me… This company responded same day to me when I wanted the amazon package. Since, they took 5 days to respond and have gone silent. They will not respond to you if they know you are waiting and have paid. They use a chat program on their website which shows them where you are contacting from, contact them using a VPN or phone them. Now you know why they only accept unprotected payments.
