The first appeal did not work. After that, they dont want to know us. Its been now 7 months, and we have sent 20 plus emails, no reply. Amazon Account Reinstated after Arbitration Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. BEWARE!!!! My worst experience everr. they use a fake address, never answer or replying for call phone. positive reviews are fake for no doubt. as another reviewer said, they only accept cash payments and money transfers where you're NOT protected so they can rip you off- i have emails that proof it. they wrote the worst appeal EVER and i have no doubt that with a real proffesional services, my account was reinstated already. they GUARANTEED REINSTATEMENT OR YOUR MONEY BACK..well guess what. never received non of that. and no, i'm not a fake profile. you can find me. find me a solution and i'll make my profile public.
