SCAM- READ THIS BEFORE SCAM. READ MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. They asked me to pay via ZELLE, but after my payment of $280, the promised service was never delivered. They stole my money taking advantage of the Zelle payment. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with the team through multiple emails, I have not received the refund. They ignore my emails and calls are ignored. This lack of communication and failure to provide the service as promised is completely unacceptable. A total SCAM. Look for another company.

Don't use their service! Waste time and money! I paid for their service and received a poorly written generic letter addressing to the appeal department of Ebay. The content of the letter is not related to my case at all. I then contacted them multiple times with no response. I would not use them, find someone else! Don't waste your time and money with them. I have just filed a dispute case with my credit card company.

Very helpful during the entire process It can be so stressful because Amazon is never specific about what you did wrong so it is hard to figure out what and how to appeal. Great service Great service. My Amazon account was suspended for almost a year due to high cancellation rate. Amazon Account Reinstated after Arbitration Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. The first two appealed were not successful but they were able to get my account reinstatement through arbitration a few days ago. Took a little long than i expected but at least I was reinstated. They never gave up on my case even after the first appeals didn't work.
