SCAM ALERT!!! SCAM ALERT!!! This company is nothing but a total scam. They took $1250 from me and not answering since. First they said they will ask their billing department regarding the status to let me know and its in process, then, they stopped answering my calls. I tried contacting them time and time again they don't answer phone, email or anything. Also, I think its a one man run scam cause there's this one person who attends the call every time and fakes it telling different department and names. Beware everyone!

SCAM- READ THIS BEFORE SCAM. READ MY EXPERIENCE BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. They asked me to pay via ZELLE, but after my payment of $280, the promised service was never delivered. They stole my money taking advantage of the Zelle payment. Despite my numerous attempts to communicate with the team through multiple emails, I have not received the refund. They ignore my emails and calls are ignored. This lack of communication and failure to provide the service as promised is completely unacceptable. A total SCAM. Look for another company.

SCAM STAY AWAY A few months ago I paid $1699 for an entire year of account protections, seller and selling upgrades, negative feedback removal, SEO (off and on the page), ungating, and more. The plan was for 4 eBay and 2 ETSY accounts. After the payment, there was absolutely no service and very poor communication. They did ZERO and then cut off communication. The fraud has been officially reported to the Federal Trade Commission(FTC Report No 139619523), Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Internet Crime Complaint Center. Please stay away and don't fall for this scam.

Amazon Account Reinstated after Arbitration Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. The first two appealed were not successful but they were able to get my account reinstatement through arbitration a few days ago. Took a little long than i expected but at least I was reinstated. They never gave up on my case even after the first appeals didn't work.

Avoid. Have taken the money and run I found this company on google. They were very helpful to begin with and responsive. Of course until I paid. After that it became extremely difficult to get a response. When I finally got a reply it was a generic format I was supposed to send to several email addresses. 3 of which were rejected as not exisiting. Getting an answer about that was near on impossible and it only got worse. I picked the guaranteed package to try and resurrect an amazon account apparently linked to a restricted account. Not only was the communication ridiculous with no answers to questions but it wasn’t successful and they have not refunded my money. I’m sure this works in some cases but for me I believe they are a fraudulent company and don’t expect any replies
