Did not perform and kept $1,750 I am a senior citizen and I thought that selling on Amazon would solidify my retirement income. I hired Young Lanes to sell me a Professional Seller Account Plus+ and paid $1,750 to them for it. They never delivered the account and claim that sent in the refund via a check that was mailed USPS first class mail that never arrived, they are asking me to provide proof that the check was never delivered which is impossible since there is no tracking. They are causing me a substantial loss and I am on a limited income.

DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE! They took my money and gave me an appeal letter and instructions on how to send it to Amazon. My appeal got rejected within a day. I informed youngLanes but they didn’t help. In fact, they stop replying to my emails and facebook messages. Left me for dead. It was a very unprofessional experience. absolutely appalling!

Great service Great service. My Amazon account was suspended for almost a year due to high cancellation rate. I appealed on various occasions, but all I was getting back was an automated message asking for more details. I’m so glad I found Younglanes..amazon team.
