AUAvoid. Have taken the money and run I found this company on google. They were very helpful to begin with and responsive. Of course until I paid. After that it became extremely difficult to get a response. When I finally got a reply it was a generic format I was supposed to send to several email addresses. 3 of which were rejected as not exisiting. Getting an answer about that was near on impossible and it only got worse. I picked the guaranteed package to try and resurrect an amazon account apparently linked to a restricted account. Not only was the communication ridiculous with no answers to questions but it wasn’t successful and they have not refunded my money. I’m sure this works in some cases but for me I believe they are a fraudulent company and don’t expect any replies

GBAmazon Account Reinstated after Arbitration Initially only consulted with the company back in May about services. They were very honest about my Amazon suspension. My attempts at reinstatement myself failed, so i hired this team back in August. The first two appealed were not successful but they were able to get my account reinstatement through arbitration a few days ago. Took a little long than i expected but at least I was reinstated. They never gave up on my case even after the first appeals didn't work.

GBOur listing had been down for almost a… Our listing had been down for almost a month on Amazon.com due to being wrongly classified as a medical device. We initially had the help of another company who helped us appeal this decision but all we got was boiler plate emails from Amazon saying they would respond soon. Once we hired Younglanes, based on what they had us do, our listing was back up three days later. They know who to direct correspondence to at Amazon to get fast results. My only regret is I didn't hire them immediately.

GBDO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE! DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE! They took my money and gave me an appeal letter and instructions on how to send it to Amazon. My appeal got rejected within a day. I informed youngLanes but they didn’t help. In fact, they stop replying to my emails and facebook messages. Left me for dead. It was a very unprofessional experience. absolutely appalling!

GBDid not perform and kept $1,750 I am a senior citizen and I thought that selling on Amazon would solidify my retirement income. I hired Young Lanes to sell me a Professional Seller Account Plus+ and paid $1,750 to them for it. They never delivered the account and claim that sent in the refund via a check that was mailed USPS first class mail that never arrived, they are asking me to provide proof that the check was never delivered which is impossible since there is no tracking. They are causing me a substantial loss and I am on a limited income.
