GBLost all my funds when purchasing & as a seller Lost all my funds when purchasing from a seller when I accidentally underpaid using hoodpay, and then lost all my funds as a seller as well when someone purchased from my site. No reply from support, its been close to a week & NO FUNDS. Exercise extreme caution using this site. Their support is non existant.

As most of us know, LTC confirmations are typically completed in a matter of seconds, but to my utter dismay, my payment was never registered on the HoodPay website. To add insult to injury, the timer expired, and they had the audacity to label my payment as an expired transaction. In an attempt to resolve this issue in an amicable manner, I reached out to their customer support via email, providing all the necessary details and requesting their assistance in rectifying the situation. I patiently waited for three whole days, hoping for a response that would alleviate my concerns. But, what happened next was truly disappointing - they completely ignored my plea, and not a single individual from their team responded to my inquiry! Let this serve as a warning to anyone considering using this website: tread carefully and be prepared to face potential losses, as they seem to have no regard for their customers' well-being.
