This website is a scam This website is a scam. I got the exact same text messages as the person below. They’re so pushy that I decided to Google if they’re real or not. To add insult to injury, the trademark they’re trying to let me buy for my business is actually owned by someone else and I just found out. They had every intention of scamming me and keeping the money. Stay away.

Trademark Scammers I originally filled out a form on Trademark Bolt just to see what it would cost to file a TM. Happy I chose a local and reputable IP Attorney to complete the Task. Filing was done 5 Months ago yet I continue to receive text messages warning they have another Client seeking to file for the same TM. Each time it's a FINAL WARNING. Obviously these people are scammers. You think they might check if there is already a filing with the USPTO before continuing the aggressive and unethical practice.
