They are rude, unprofessional, pushy sales people who do not care about you. It is not difficult to file your own trademark, do it yourself and do not feed these parasites.

Trademark Scammers I originally filled out a form on Trademark Bolt just to see what it would cost to file a TM. Happy I chose a local and reputable IP Attorney to complete the Task. Filing was done 5 Months ago yet I continue to receive text messages warning they have another Client seeking to file for the same TM. Each time it's a FINAL WARNING. Obviously these people are scammers. You think they might check if there is already a filing with the USPTO before continuing the aggressive and unethical practice.
